I wish I could give this company zero Stars and I wish I had looked at all the reviews before I bought a swimsuit there I bought a swimsuit it's too small the three weeks I have been trying to call them nobody answers their phone you just get bombarded with the voice of telling you about their products I've emailed them three times nobody answers to emails this is the worst company as far as customer service goes I guess I'm not going to get my money back that I paid for my suit and I actually called to get a return label so I can return it cuz there was no return label in my package they suck I hope you all check the reviews before you order anything from either one Woman Within or swimsuits for all bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible I'm almost ready to call the Better Business Bureau

This is by far the WORST company I have ever ordered from. I tried canceling my order right away and they said I only have 25 minutes to cancel. However I was on hold 45 minutes before I could get anyone to respond. They would not cancel it, did not send me a return shipping label. I called back waited another 45 minutes took 1 week to get a return shipping label emailed to me after I called and emailed them multiple times. I also requested they put the money back on my original form of payment and they told me I would get an E-Gift Card. I was then put on hold waiting for a supervisor because I did not want this suit to begin with and they hung up on me while I was waiting. I had requested original form of payment when I spoke to them the week prior and it seemed to be no problem, but now it is. It is not fair to get a gift card when I am returning an unopened package that Ive been canceling since the minute I placed the order. I have NEVER dealt with a worse company. Not to mention I placed 2 other orders that day (before I knew the hell I would be dealing with) and they canceled 1 order and could not explain to me the reason it was canceled. I literally have NO IDEA how they stay in business with such terrible customer service.

Ordered a swimsuit, with all pools and rec centers shut down for two months, the suit was the wrong size. I was only 1 week after their 60day return policy . Due to Corona most retail stores extended their policy but not Swimsuits for all. Very poor customer service , and their suits are very poor quality. Do not use them !

Ordered a month ago and still have not received and they won't answer calls. On the phone for half an hour waiting and no answer. AND....I received notice that 7 of 8 of my items were shipped and I ONLY ordered 1 item! I see these other items were delivered to Georgia, and I live in Nevada.

If I could have given this place Negative Stars I would have but was forced to give them One Star in order to post this review. I’m only sorry that I did not look up these reviews on Trustpilot prior to ordering or I NEVER WOULD HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS RIPOFF PLACE. I am Plus Size and ordered from this place after seeing the nice selection of decent plus size swimsuits. I usually check out reviews on sites such as this one prior to ordering but dumb me did not do that this time. I placed my order online on May 25th with thinking I would receive my new swimsuit and coverup in plenty of time for my vacation on June 10th. My first call was on May 29th as I still had not received an shipping confirmation email by that time. I was told that my order was “In Process”. I made a 2nd call on June 1st and was again told that my order was “In Process” and that my order would definitely be shipped out by the next day and that I would receive it by the time that my vacation came around with no problem. I called a 3rd time on June 2nd as still no shipping confirmation email received. I told the representative to go ahead and cancel my order and refund my $ as I sick of being lied to by this scam company. She claimed that she could not cancel it as the order was “ In Process”. On June 3rd, I got a shipping confirmation with a Fed-X tracking number. I looked up the tracking number on the Fed-X website. The label was printed at the same time of my call on June 2nd and no other updates since that time. Today is June 8th and the package has not even arrived at the Fed-X facility. The representative just generated a label to mislead me at the time. So convenient that the shipping label was generated at the exact time of my call. The scam shipping confirmation email I received was also messed up stating that 2 of the 7 items that I had ordered had been shipped. I only ordered 2 items but the email had an attached add on with 5 additional items that were someone else’s order. I called my bank on Saturday to dispute the charges and file a chargeback as my vacation is now 2 days away and my order has not even been shipped. I have also since seen in reviews about the shoddy quality of the swimsuits and scam return policy.,I just wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I usually do look up reviews like these if I have never ordered from the company before before. I don’t know what possessed me not to do this time. I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB and may be contacting the Attorney General in Maryland. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of aggravation by ordering a swim suit from a reputable company like Lands End or Old Navy.

Stay away from this place if you value your money!! This place is a scam front... Once they get your money, you've been had... Now you've been warned... total thumbs down!!

Horrible experience. Still hasn't shipped a month after the order. No communication received when email customer service. Do not use this company!!!

The aggravation is real! First of all, when you select the shipping preference, it will switch selections, so pay attention. I ordered a suit for my daughter, selected 4 day shipping which I was charged $10.99 for. It is 11 days later and it hasn't even left the facility, but they will NOT cancel the order. We don't need it now, leaving for vacation tomorrow. The next issue is, they are still showing selections for shipping as Express shipping with the hefty rate of $29 for next day or 2nd day, but if you call, they will tell you "oh, but we are experiencing delays and you won't receive for at least 10 days. So why do they still have the option up? So you pay $29 expecting express and it doesn't even ship out for at least 7 days. What the heck? Dishonest ripoff. Just be honest, make it all standard shipping because it takes the same amount of time for both, at least 7 or more days before they even ship, but they will take every dime you give them for shipping and then say , "sorry, you can't cancel the order", and it hasn't even been pulled to leave the warehouse. SMH.
