This review is strictly about their shipping. I can’t review the product because I haven’t received it! They use FedEx smartpost, which is absolute crap. Package was scheduled to arrive last Friday, then got pushed to Monday, then Wednesday. It’s now Wednesday and I can not locate my package. FedEx says it was given to USPS, USPS says they haven’t received it. I’m just waiting to see my delivery date update once AGAIN. So I have no idea if I will ever get my order. I’m pissed. Swimsuits For All needs to use a better shipping service that is reliable and not skimp out with this crappy service!

I would give them a negative star if I could. We ordered a bathing suite back on Memorial Day expecting to have it for our 4th of July vacation. Thinking that’s enough time for a return or exchange if it doesn’t work out. Package finally showed up today EMPTY! It looks like it was packaged in the smallest box ever. I had sunglasses delivered same day and that box was bigger. I’m so disgusted with the way these people do business. As a business owner I know better. Trying to be understanding due to this Covid 19 has been thrown out of the window. Read the reviews before you buy anything from this joke of a company. Better business Should be notified what a circus this company is due to the 78% 1 star reviews. Good job Gabi swim wear you SUCK

**UPDATE Monday June 29 —- My order has shipped HOWEVER- it will be delivered while I am on vacation!!!! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering on June 18! Like a few others I ordered in plenty of time to get my suits for my vacation that starts Tuesday! Same story fed shows label created —- but nothing! I’ve email twice —- nothing !!!!!

Do NOT do business with this company. I returned items in their plastic bags and three weeks later, same three items were returned to me, and some not even in the bags. Company said I can't get credit or refund as it was "too long". Nonsense, sent back within two weeks but took too long for processing return. Contacting Better Business Bureau. They have kept my money and I have three items that I will never wear. Company is A total scam. Tried to get in touch with customer service, waited for over 30 minutes and never came on.

As many others have indicated, the business practices of this company are horrible. I ordered on June 6th, received a shipping confirmation on June 11th staying delivery was expected by the 17th, still don’t have the package. Fed-ex has no record of the tracking number and customer service has not responded via email or answered any of my 4 calls.

Did not receive a return order form or label with my order. Wrote to "customer service" 2 times and only got a generic reply. Called 3 times (on hold for 20-30 minutes each time). I am returning this swimsuit for a refund. I don't hold too much hope. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Placed a order June 13 says it shipped June 16 but Fedex has yet to get my package. They say it’s shipped but fedex says all they did was create the label. Going on a trip and thought two weeks would be plenty of time wish I would have read the reviews before placing. I called this morning and they said I should receive by July 3. Well that is a little to late and they don’t seem to mind. Will never order from them again and if I was you I would not waste your time!

Horrible. Ordered two suits last year and the same thing happened. (Also both suits fit wonky--one suit's top has zero support, the other's bottoms fit the bottom, but are super tight at the waist.) Should have learned my lesson but just ordered another suit and it is also taking forever to get here. Email from SFA four days after I ordered said item shipped. Three days later, DHL has no record of it and the SFA website says the package is "Ready To Go." So I entered the tracking number in a random Google search. Apparently DHL eCommerce sends it to USPS. But it really wasn't shipped until YESTERDAY, which is a week after I ordered it and two days after SFA sent an email saying it had shipped. It is not expected to arrive until Monday, which is three days from now and nearly two weeks after I ordered it. I realize this is the least of the many problems happening in the world right now, but we are consumers who paid money for items and service. The least SFA could do is be honest about how long it takes to ship their items. Will not be ordering from again.
