The bath suit seemed like a good quality until i tried it on. The band around the bottom was very loose and didn’t fit right. I am in the process now of returning it for a refund. I will post that experience as well.

Like others I wish I read the reviews before I ordered! Very long time for delivery! Quality is not good. Two items arrived damaged ( ripped on the seam) when I called to exchange I found out that returns ARE NOT FREE - only exchanges ( this is difficult for a bathing suit website!) The exchange would take about two weeks to get back to them and then over two weeks for delivery back to me-over a month for a bathing suit that I waited almost three weeks for & it arrived damaged! No offer from them to rush the shipment. I will not be exchanging. I am returning the whole order! Do not order from this company!

I should have checked reviews before I ordered. I never received my order & notified them via email immediately. I’ve still never received a reply. I tried calling two different days & gave up after being on hold for half an hour. Finally got through to customer service & they kept giving me the run around saying I can’t hear you. Funny, when I asked if they spoke F****** English , they heard that. I called my credit card company and they already took off the charges & said it’s probably a scam company. Don’t order, you’ll be sorry!

So far, not good, I haven’t received the package although I wish I had read these reviews first then I would have ordered with another company!!!First I have tried to use tracking number provided (I live in Canada). They shipped by *CA Express. I don’t even know what courier this is—-Canada Post doesn’t recognize the tracking number! I emailed the company to find out what courier company they used and got a reply advising it would be answered “promptly”. Still waiting and going by these reviews I will be waiting!!

Wish I had read these reviews first. I placed my order on May 24, 2020. I live in Canada, so I understand that may have impacted my delivery date, but it is July 7, 2020 today and nothing. The tracking number I was provided doesn't work. Says it shipped with IMEX, but I can't even get the webpage to open? I have contacted customer service via email asking about my tracking number, no response. This business is not reliable. I will be looking to get Visa to refund this & I do not recommend ordering. I really do have my doubts that I will ever see my order delivered.

They advertise free shipping. They don’t say it will take weeks to get your stuff. In the shipping explanation they say if you order after 4:00 PM will ship within 2 business days. When I called to ask when my order would ship I was told I would get it in about 2 weeks, never mentioned when it would ship. “Delays caused by the pandemic.” Sorry, don’t believe that. No where on the website is that mentioned. Not a happy customer.

The sizing is off, the shipping is slow (nearly two weeks), and the return policy is sneaky. If you return items using their enclosed label, the company takes out the money for the return THEN gives you a gift card for the remainder of the refund. If you ship it on your own (USPS or other shipper), you pay for the shipping, but get your refund on the card you used for the purchase. Such a hassle. I won't bother with Swimsuits for All in the future.

Ordered several items for a work trip in early March. Items took longer than expected to arrive and I’d miscalculated size. I called and was told they could not send me the exchange items. I had to order the smaller size and pay for expedited shipping. Trip cancelled due to COVID. Missed the deadline for the return and they shipped my return items back to me without giving any accommodation for the pandemic. They should have extended the return window due to the pandemic. I’ll never order from them again.
