Do not order from them its not worth it. They tried to issue a return on a gift card because I used their label. You need to read the fine print on returns specifically the label. They also make the return label very confusing. You have to pay for the return to be shipped and they have a return fee. They also have high shipping. All these issues and I ended up keeping two bathing suits you think they would treat purchasing customers better. I will not be ordering from them again.

Don't order Paypal... $23 fee for returns!! Inseam and sizing completely wrong vs what is listed on website. Ordered same exact item in navy blue... black shorts 2 in shorter inseam and 16 was smaller than 14 navy blue. How?? ALSO DO NOT ORDER WITH PAYPAL UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH INCURRING $23 IN FEES WITH ANY EXCHANGE... ORIG ORDER $76, RETURNED/EXCHANGED ITEMS, ONLY GETTING BACK $53 REFUND FOR ORIG ORDER, ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE!!! THIS IS NOT ONLY HIGHWAY ROBBERY ITS POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

They have definitely lost a customer forever. Bought three items, the bottoms fit decently but were slightly too small and the top was three sizes too big. Before placing the order, I read the refund policy and it said nothing about only giving a refund as a credit. Read the return label, again no mention of refund having to only be a gift card. Waited an emailed several time to find out where my refund was. Finally got back to me and told me that they only do refunds as a gift card, not to the original payment. The only way they give refunds to the original payment is If I accept them charging me $10 for going back to the original payment. Disputed with my credit union.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! IF THE ITEMS DO NOT FIT CORRECTLY AND YOU RETURN THEN YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! I'VE BEEN FIGHTING WITH THEM FOR A MONTH!

If you have a return to make, you may as well just give your item to a friend. I tried several times to return an item that did not fit. There was no return label in the packaging. Contacted the company and they told me to wait for a return shipping label through my email. Label never came. checked inbox and spam everyday. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

These suits may be fine for sunbathing on the beach or by the pool. The material quality is horrible. Do not buy for water exercise. When you get into the water the tops stretch, flop up and down. I have never purchased such bad quality suits. I have taught water fitness classes for over 16 years and never have I purchased swimwear of this poor quality. They will not give a refund. So I have lost $146. Do not buy for water exercise!

I bought a bikini from this company. It is over the 60 days window, but get this. I wore the suit for the second time and upon getting out of the water the suit was laid next to another person's bikini that was also wet and laid out. They touched!! OH MY GOD the color from my bikini bled out onto the other bikini bottoms and are now ruined as they have purple/dark blue markings on the teal bikini bottoms. I called in and I was told that it is out of the window for a return or anything. I asked them just who do you know that buys a bathing suit and gets it wet and lays it on another bathing suit just to see if the dye will bleed onto the other one?? Who would chance ruining another suit to verify this one is okay? I have never heard of the color bleeding off of a bathing suit/bikini like this. I said all they needed to do was send a new pair of bikini bottoms and I could see the lowest price one was $17.50 and it would suffice. Nope, no way would they budge. I could 'buy' another pair if I wanted them. I told them I would post this on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and let everyone know that they were horrible. Believe it or not the supposed 'supervisor' rudely blurted out "I will just wait for you to finish talking so you don't cut me off." We then proceeded to have a really rude conversation about how that was uncalled for to say and that he was more interested in conveying to me his dislike of not letting him talk when in fact I had let him finish and he was breaking into what I was trying to explain, not the same thing. I can't tell you enough how this could all have been resolved had they just replaced the bikini bottoms and instead I am now making sure everyone I can tell knows to NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! That is not good customer service. I was not looking for a refund or money. I chose the lowest price product I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I don't know anyone that would take a swimsuit and wash it and get it wet only to lay it on something else to prove it wouldn't bleed color. I never heard of a suit doing that before actually.

Terrible shipping and customer service. Ordered two suits mid June. One month later still haven’t arrived. Customer service did refund me when I called them. Asked to reshape items two day air for free....which they would have done but they have no 2 day air to Hawaii! What? Every other company does...and they use FedEx which definitely has two day air. They offered me regular shipping but that already had NOT worked out so I did not want that. Unbelievable they could not do air ship for me. Won’t be buying from them ever again.
