The swim suits themselves are not bad. I do have several items that I love and are flattering. However, to echo on other reviews. The customer service aspect is horrendous and will prevent me from recommending or ordering again. I am a online shopping queen. This is the first place to 1) ever charge return shipping ($9.99) because I want a refund back to my original payment and 2) only give me money back for the current list price. If I bought an item at full price and am returning it, that item should be refunded the full amount I paid. I ended up losing around $30 because of this and then the additional $10 for shipping. Ridiculous. Products aren't bad but the return issues will turn me away from future purchases.

I placed a large order and paid extra for 4 day shipping. This is what's posted on their website: 4 BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY This service is offered through FedEx with a guaranteed arrival of 3 business days from the date shipped. My order didn't arrive when promised (I'm actually STILL waiting for my order) and they're not standing behind their posted "guaranteed arrival" policy. Extremely poor customer service. They're denying a refund of my shipping charges. I'm sorry I gave this company a chance before checking their rating on BBB.

Bath sunshine is a scam! I ordered swim suits from them. They didn't fit me well and I requested a refund well within their return window and policy. That was several weeks ago. After multiple emails and them requesting photos showing the fit, they said they will not refund. DO NOT BUY FROM BATH SUNSHINE!!!!

Do not order from these people they thieves. Return policy sucks. Over priced non refundable shipping fees. Horrendous customer service. $16.99 to ship two bathing suits that took two weeks to arrive. Then refunded purchase half to an e-card. Hold time more than 20 minutes and then the supervisor think they're smart and catch attitudes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The 1 star is due to customer service and shipping. I decided to do a vacation last minute and needed items. I placed a large order >$500 on a Thursday for next day shipping. They placed a "hold" on my order that morning and sent me an email that I needed to call. I called immediately after receiving the email. The rep stated I may not receive the items Friday but definitely by Monday but she would refund the shipping due to the inconvenience. That never happened. I did receive the items Monday, which was fine as I was leaving on Tuesday. Some items worked, some didn't. I immediately packed up what didn't work and sent back. Dropped off at USPS, then FedEx picked up over A WEEK later. Then after no further tracking into, finally received an email that return had been processed and they issued an e-credit for use on their site. For over $300 of returned items. That was just not going to work for me. I reread the return policy, it does not mention anywhere returns will be issues as e-credit. I would have def reconsidered ordering. I chatted with a rep who agreed to issue refund back to original payment but had to take out the 9.99 return shipping. Also spoke to her about the original shipping time, so even though I didn't receive it next day from order date, since they shipped it next day (albeit few days later) and I received it next day from when they shipped it, they considered it on time. So all in all, paid $50 in shipping charges. This company is not customer service oriented at all and frankly, seems super shady in their business practices. I will take my refund and consider it a lesson learned to not purchase from them again. Which is a shame, because all in all, I am happy with the items I did keep.

They made false representations to get me to make a new purchase. They told me I'd be able to return a prior purchase and by making the new purchase, I'd avoid exchange/shipping fees. They didn't send the return label email and when I called to inquire, they said they werent taking the merchandise back because it wouldn't be received prior to the expiration of the return period.

First off I give it NO STARS! I ordered 5 swimsuits the order form said 0 shipping. After I paid it charged my card 19.99. I said well I will return the items She said there’s a return fee 19.99!!! I asked if there was a discount cause it was false advertising on the shipping they would help me out at all. Suits are nice but the shipping was outrageous for standard shipping. My friends and family will not order from them again I def won’t I’m very disappointed.

Just like everyone else, I had a horrible experience with this company. I wore a suit 3 times and the metal clasp broke in two. It was still within the return window, but they wouldn’t accept a return or even exchange for worn merchandise even when it was clearly defective. TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT SHOP with them.
