Horrible customer service. I recieved and returned an awful swim suit and they sent the same one BACK to me! When I called customer service they said they would email me a return label since I met all the return requirements and they never did. Do not order from them! Save your money!!!@

DO NOT order from Swimsuits for all!! I ordered 3 suits and it took about a month to receive. I liked 1 and returned 2. I met all of the return requirements and they are refusing to refund my money. The customer service reps are extremely rude and unhelpful. The company doesn’t care. Have your money and time and order somewhere else. Extremely frustrating!

It would be no stars if I could rate that way. This company has many, many fees and very slow service. If you buy something and don't want a store credit, you will have to pay an additional fee of $9.95 otherwise I would only get a store credit minus the shipping and handling fees so I could only buy some of their crap which isn't clear on their website (it doesn't specifically say you can only buy more crap clothes from them instead of something like a VISA that you could use anywhere). In addition, they will charge you for shipping to you and returns which are really high considering how slow their shipping is and NO refunds on that. So I ended up with shipping and service fees of $25 for a bunch of cheaply made, poor quality, poor fitting swim suits. I will never use this company again. I guess the reason they stay in business is they are so busy ripping people off with their fees and shipping charges. I can't see why anybody would want to wear this crap. They will say they have these fees explained on their website when you call them to complain. Be sure to read the fine print before you order.

Same thing as everyone else. I years ago had a good experience with this company. Ordered 3 suits, quality was really reduced and 2 looked awful. Went to return them and surprise they are charging me $10 to return. After charging me $15 to ship 3 suits in an envelope. Will never shop with them again.

Worst return policy. Online shopping is too competitive to have these shady, not up front policies readily available. Of course thats on purpose because they'd never stay in business if people knew. You wont get your money back, you'll be issued an “e-gift card” and they take additional shipping charges when you've already paid high shipping fees. Your also penalized further if you used PayPal. Terrible company . Id love to see them shut down for fraud.

I purchased 2 suits and one didnt fit my body quite right. I've been working with them getting the same canned responses for weeks now. No number to call, no where to ship the suit back to and no refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Swimsuits for All doesn't receive any stars, and if I could, I'd give them a negative version of the star. Their customer service is horrendous especially when it comes to managing returns and issuing credits for merchandise. I ordered (2) bathing suits costing appx $75; neither of which fit me properly. I used the return label provided on the packing slip and dropped the package off at the USPS as instructed. I did not think to take a photograph of the label because it was pre-printed on the original invoice included with my package, and one would think traceable from their end. I mailed my return on 7/23, and they have yet to issue a credit, claiming the package has not been received, and they need the tracking number to confirm receipt. So, apparently they don't keep records of their own shipping labels, which I personally think is a load of BS. I sent a photograph of the original invoice w/o the return label today and am calling American Express to see if they can help out here. I'll also be posting this review everywhere I can, including the Better Business Bureau here in NYC, and in Indianapolis, where their headquarters are located.

This company's return process is the worst. I have been trying to return a swim suit top for a month. When I use the chat feature they say it takes 2 days to create a return label or I could "just send it to the address." How do I know that it will be received or that the return has started. This company is a joke.
