I'm in order in 2019 I was given a gift card with a total of $76 on it. I went to log into my account to order bathing suit for the summer since we didn't go on vacation last summer and my gift card is gone and my orders are gone. I sat on hold for a total of over 5 hours I did get to speak with somebody I went up three supervisors and they're telling me that the customer service only has access to the gift cards for 90 days after that is a customer's responsibility to keep up with the information. I advise them that I never received any information so how would I have known it only had 90 days if I had received information I would have printed it out. They actually have the nerve to that I was trying to get more money from them that I gifted my gift card to somebody and I'm going to get money again. I advise them that no I was just wanting my money back on my credit card I finally hung up on the lady I was speaking to because she just kept telling me that there's nothing that they could do because they only had access to the gift cards for 90 days and they can't verify it was never spent. The process of the refund sucks the customer service at this company sucks save your time and money and go to another site if you have to order a bathing suit do not go through this company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, I AM GETTING MY ATTORNEY INVOLVED AND CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND CANCELLING ON MY CREDIT CARD, THEY ARE ALL LIARS, CORPORATE DOES NOT REURN CALLS AND SUPERVISORS WILL NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS, THEY HANG UP ON YOU OR PUT YOU ON A INFAMOUS HOLD SO YOU HANG UP, I ORDERED TWO YEARS AGO AND THEY SEEMED TO BE OK, NOW WORST EVER, SCUM BAGGS!!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE .....I've made 3 phone calls waiting over 45 min each to each a customer service person. I returned a suit ..they sent me a credit slip... I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED TO MY CREDIT CARD....😡😡😡😡😡

Absolutely horrible - three weeks later and it is the day we are leaving for our Carribean trip and my bathing suits have STILL not arrived despite paying $43 for shipping. I hate this company. Customer service left me on hold for 30 minutes and resolved nothing!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a swimsuit on February 13, 2021 for a vacation on March 11th. It had not arrived in 2 weeks, no information was available on the "track my package" button except that it had not shipped until February 18th, so I called a completely uninterested and unhelpful customer service representative. He told me it would arrive by USPS in "7 to 18 (!)" BUSINESS days, and he could not give me any more information. On the 18th business day after ordering--the day before my departure--there was still no tracking information available other than the shipping date. Another call to customer service at least resulted in an apology, insincere as it was, but no bathing suit in time for my vacation. Do yourself a favor and order from Amazon--they carry the same brands and sizes, and deliver in days, not weeks.

I kept emailing them bc it had been three weeks and nothing. Over and over I asked for a refund and heard nothing from them!!! Then after the return policy expires I heard from them saying I couldn’t have a refund bc it expired!!!! Told them I never received my swimsuit and they sent me the tracking link. Guess where the swimsuit was coming from?!?! CHINA!!!! Not a warehouse in the US!!! Got my swimsuit finally only it had been 6 months later and two months pass my vacation for which I needed it!!! 5 stars to Target for having cute swimsuits in stock in stores!!!!

-5 stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. I wish I did not even return my items. The hustle of shipping and contacting customer service at least 6 times gave me more stress than a partial refund I finally received a month and a half later. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered my wife a bathing suit which was a 2 piece shown together in the photo, but sold seperately. The bottom came in quickly, but the top was back ordered for 3 months. The top was oddly sized and would not form correctly like a normal swim suit top. We were both disappointed and shipped both back to the company. 30 days late my wife received a credit for her top. 90 days later her bottom comes back to her in the mail saying that it was returned due to going past the grace period. I called them and explained to them that it was not our fault that the top was back ordered 90 days. There argument was that they were 2 separate pieces sold separately and they could not due anything. They were sorry, sorry my A$$! What a way to lose customers. Luckily, the credit can be used for Woman Within which we have had good luck with and the bottom was only $12. However it is the point of doing business with customer so they come back to shop. Horrible company that does does make their customer first. Too bad you can't do zero or negative stars like others have suggested!
