Ordered on 03/31/21, as of today, 04/21/21, no delivery and no way to contact them. And from the sound of the reviews I've now read, if they don't come in time for a May 2nd trip, then I'm stuck with them because the reviews for the return service are just as bad. I have a tracking number stating my order was shipped on 04/13/21, there has been no movement of the package since. I sincerely wish I had read reviews before ordering. I have never left a poor review for any company I've ordered from, if I encounter an issue, it's always been resolved and that's what counts. These people are still blaming everything on Covid, over a year later.

I ordered 4 things and kept 1- the tops fit more accurately than the bottoms. The bottoms are cheap material and flimsy for the price. Customer service is awful, shipping is expensive. I didn't even bother sending one thing back because they charge you $10 for return shipping and it takes more than a month for them to refund you. Don't expect to get your order for a month or more! and if you return or exchange the season will be over before you get what you want.

Laughably bad experience. Shipping was delayed time and again, but I was not allowed to cancel despite having ordered for a special occasion. Shipping was $20 and returns are $10, so since I was guaranteed out $30 I tried them all on to make the most of it. I'm a size 27 in jeans and 32DD in bras, usually dress size 4/6, so I'd ordered a size 6 since I was going for modesty. Every piece was WAY too small. When I went back and looked it turned out I was a size 10 on the site. I would say order 3 sizes bigger than usual if you proceed. SO WILD for a site recommended for busty/plus sized women.

I am researching to find out if this is a scam site. I ordered on March 23. $275. I paid $23 in shipping and then told they have no idea when it will ship but when it processes they will return the shipping. I called back when it processed to be told no we will not refund you shipping. 3 week later I get a tracking number. The delivery date has already changed 4x. I am angry at myself for spending close to $300 and not knowing how horrible the service is!!!! This could be a scam site. Most places are free delivery. This is the first time I paid for it and then waited this long. I understand waiting but not when you are told differently.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I sent back an item, and instead of putting a credit on my card, they gave me a store credit without notifying me. When I finally realized I had no credit for the return item, I contacted them. Customer service had me on the phone for over an hour before telling me I would have to send an email because they are too busy. I sent them an email asking about my credit, only to be told that they gave me a store credit. I was not happy but ok I guess I could live with that. The issue was that the store credit expired, because I never knew I had a credit. I was then told I would have to contact the state of Illinois for unclaimed funds in order to get my refund, even though they had the returned product. Can you believe that crap. They do it on purpose. I would never use this company. Their product is crap and their customer service is even worse.

Pity their customer service is so atrocious. If I could rate them zero I would. I have tried a few times purchasing from this company and then giving them benefit of the doubt however - hands down the worst customer service of any company I have ever bought from online. 50mins wait times, chat never works, they hang up when busy. Expedited shipping they don’t comply with and do not refund when they are at fault. They take FOREVER to refund! Signed of a cashflow poor company maybe!!! Called and was told a refund would be provided for expedited shipping but had to call back once goods received. Called back - another 50mins wait - and told no refund would occur and I was advised incorrectly. This company 🤯🤯🤯 had I been advised of the inability to meet delivery times I would not have purchased. $200 3 weeks later and late delivery I’m still waiting on refunds. I have received better service from suppliers on Instagram then this US based company. Their swimwear is fairly good quality but their business model and attention to customer service is appalling. I’m honestly completely baffled as to how they are will in business. Will never buy again and will tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY.

Ordered from them several times before Ikeda the product and delivery. Well don't know whats happened but it took over 2 weeks for it to ship, it now they keep moving back delivery date and I can't even track it because its not at facility. Don't know but it's beena month and I have nothing but a smaller account that they took 290.00 out of. Called customer service several times they were nice but not knowledgeable. They just said sorry. Yea I'm sorry I ordered!

Wished I could review the bathing suits I purchased, but over a month and I have not received them. It took 2 weeks and several emails before it was even shipped. That should have been a sign. I was really hoping to get these suits for my vacation. The website says it was turned over to USPS, but USPS says it hasn’t arrived at their office yet. So, basically they wont refund me my money since it has already left there company, out $100
