I ordered my bathing suit June 8th and it was finally shipped June 18th but I have yet to receive it. I have called customer service several times and they are no help. They don’t even have tracking information so who knows where my package is. I wanted this bathing suit for vacation and it seems I won’t get it in time. I will never order from them again

this company took my money without authorization and sent me a fake tracking number that has not been updated for over 2 weeks. When I called to complain I spoke 3 levels up to supervisors and no one could help me or refund my money.

ONE MONTH and order is still not here.... IT IS SUMMER, What will I do with a bikini in the winter. Keep your crap

I have ordered from Swimsuits for All for years, and generally been happy. However, I placed an order on May 24 and it took two weeks to receive a shipping notification (June 8). OK, well I already missed the event I wanted the swimsuit for, but I could still use them. After 11 days, I wondered why the package hadn't arrived and checked the tracking number. USPS states it is still in "label created" status and not received yet! I emailed customer service, who replied to say standard shipping can take up to 30 days. Well not according to your website, and seriously 30 days??? They advised I contact them again on July 8th if I still have not received it. So, to summarize, I ordered swimsuits on May 24th and as far as they're concerned it's not a problem I haven't received them until after July 8th. Terrible.

When I placed an order at 10:00 pm, it was doubled! Then I called them less than 12 hours later they said they could not do anything as it was in processing. They said to just return it... no problem. WRONG! They said they would refund the shipping costs also. LIE! When I finally got my refund, they had deducted $31.34! No response to my email either.

It took over 2 weeks for the swimsuit I ordered to SHIP. In order to check on the status of the order I was forced to call the company because the chat option was disabled and the email form unanswered. The customer service agent (who was pleasant to be fair) told me I couldn't cancel the order even though it hadn't yet been shipped. When I asked about leaving a review she told me that option was available on the website. When I asked her where on the website I would find that she hung up the call.

By far and away almost the worst customer service I've seen. Took about 6 weeks to receive an order. Called customer service and they were downright rude. Returned the order 2 weeks ago (they show the tracking but say it takes 2-3 weeks to get to their warehouse). All I want is my refund. Never again!

I ordered a swimsuit and 3 cover-ups on May 30th it is June 11th and the scenario mirrors every comment below. No updates, no items, customer service knows nothing. I am going to Miami NEXT weekend without my items. The shipping charges are exorbitant $16.99?!!! Oh but get THIS...they also sell through Walmart AND Amazon. I ordered another bathing suit on June 7fh out of desperation from Walmart but sold by the main company Full Beauty but a Swimsuits For All item. It shipped the NEXT day and is expected shortly. I have been buying bathing suits for years from them. Probably since 2008 and they were based in NJ then it took literally 2-3 days with low shipping now it takes months. Prices fluctuate daily and the coupon codes are a joke. The bathing suits are nice but this crap has inspired me to lose weight. I'm not going through this another summer! I want a refund for EVERYTHING and a voucher for my trouble. This is insane!
