I dont know what is happening with Swimsuits for All. The service is terrible and continues to get worse. Unfortunately it is one of the few companies that carries my size. I ordered two swimsuits and a week later I find out they are on back order and expected ship date is mid September. Now I would have appreciated knowing that at the time I placed the order.

Horrible company! They exchanged an item without my authorization and charged me for it. When doing a return you have to follow up to get your money back. customer service is awful and will do everything possible not to give you money back.

Ordered two swimsuits in mid February. I was patient, but after a few weeks of waiting, went to their site to check status. My order was not even listed. I emailed customer service. They got back to me - 2 weeks later - giving me a date that the items had already been delivered. Nowhere to be found. I asked for a refund. Was told 30 days had to go by. Waited 30 days. Emailed again. Two weeks later got a response saying I had to fill out the affidavit. Did that and emailed it back. Two weeks later got another email saying that I had to send the affidavit through the mail, not through email. I gave up, which is exactly what they wanted, but well over 2 months had already gone by since ordering. I figured they never intended to refund anything. $68 down the drain. Won’t ever even go to their website again.

Swimsuits for all continually send very misleading promotional advertisements.Far to many exclusions and shipping fees outrages. Four instance in bold print you will see free shipping then when you go to check out it has to exceed $79 why don’t they put that in bold print to!

Ordered swimsuit - returned immediately -no refund and they had the nerve to charge my credit card TWICE. Went to website and there is no record of my order. NEVER using this company or any affilates again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and not provide refunds, are slow to ship, and have very poor customer service. Their customer service does not return emails, cannot issue refunds, and cannot tell you when your items will arrive. The tracking number for my item only showed that it was "in route" for almost a month. Left for my vacation without the bathing suits I ordered OVER a month ago because they were unable to do their job. Sent the unopened package back with their "easy" return packing. Three months later, I am STILL waiting for my refund. Do yourself a favor and choose Amazon. They know how to do customer service right. Wish I could give this company negative stars. Please check out the MANY complaints and reviews with the Better Business Bureau. My story is told over and over again.

ordered swimsuit and received a pair of jeans... immediately sent back.... am told not received yet back at facility although almost a month in transit. mail bad but not that bad.. also reading reviews that they issue an e refund good only on their site.. burned once wont happen again. want refund to account it was paid with. very bad company to deal with.. steer clear

I ordered a swimsuit top. I went by the measurements provided. The item arrived & was 2 sizes too small. I packaged it up, requested a mailing label & returned it for exchange of a larger size. As of 2 months now, I have not received my new size, and I have not received a refund!! Numerous emails to company have been unsatisfactory. They claim they cannot locate my return w/o a tracking number, even though my package has my information on the paperwork!
