DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered several suits from them. Received all pieces at different times. All of them were 2 piece suits which you order pieces separately. They placed 4 pieces on back order (6 months after my initial order). I was not able to determine if I wanted to keep the pieces I had until I was able to try on the suits in their entirety, so I called customer service to see if they would extend the 60 day return policy for the pieces I had while I waited for the others to arrive and they refused. Was told by a supervisor to return all of the pieces (btw you pay for your returns) and reorder them in November when the projected back order date was and maybe you could get them all then. I kid you not…that is what I was told. Even though they are responsible for the back order!! Than I would have had to pay shipping on all 6 suits all over again. What a joke and horrible customer service. The rep was nice and even agreed it was a horrible policy. No way they were going to budge on that 60 return policy. Tell me why I would EVER purchase something from them again?? It’s a joke of a company. BEWARE!!

Had problems with bottoms fitting.. ordered a few different sizes, which were delayed multiple times. After I tried them all on, I returned the ill fitting ones, paid for the return shipping, and just received one back because it was outside the return window. Not happy at all.

The swimsuits did not fit. I sent them back in the as designated time frame. I did not receive a credit. They said I had to send the number off of the email they sent. I received an email but not that one. I called several times and they never credited the 78.00 plus that they owe me. They need to be stopped.

Do not buy from! I got 2 suits from them back in June. I wore one TWICE the whole summer and during the second wear j noticed it falling apart and pilling alllll around. I never washed it just rinsed off in the sink and hung up to try after wearing it. I emailed multiple times to see if I could get a replacement or a refund and then finally called where they told me they would make an exception of the 60 day policy since I was technically out of that window (even though when I first emailed I was within the window) and they would email me. I never got an email called back and they told me “well there’s nothing we can do we can’t override the system it just knows that you’re outside of the 60 days.” Well how crappy is that that their merchandise fell apart on me and they won’t do anything about it. Oh and I left a bad review on the product as well and it was never posted by the company. Sketchy and untrustworthy. It was too bad cause I really liked them at first and the way the did help with a shipping problem I had.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! They send out great codes, you order and the next day is an even better code. You call to ask for the free shipping now offered and all they say is you can return the order once you get it. That doesn't help refund the $20 shipping fee! A supervisor wouldn't even give me the courtesy of speaking with me after I asked 6 times. Very poor customer service. I'll never order from them again.

They are trying to sell stock that they know they don't have. I've had orders cancelled twice for two different items, and when I check back on the website the product is stills available for purchase

In early July I ordered several swimsuits from S4All because I wanted to be able to try them on. You never know how a suit will look on you until you try it on. The charge was $175.98. I did not receive an order confirmation or an order number. I assumed the order did not process properly. Then I started receiving emails explaining the company was having shipping difficulties and apologies if I had been affected. When I received my credit card bill in August I was charged for the suits! When I called Customer Service I was told the suits were delivered. I filed a dispute claim with the credit card company and they want me to provide evidence I did not receive the suits. How do you prove you did not receive a package. I am going to try to figure out how to send the credit card company some Trust Pilot reviews of Swimsuits4All to prove many customers are complaining. As an interesting side note, I received a package I did not order from Woman Within. It was supposed to go to a woman in Denver. I live in the NYC area.When I called to ask how to return it I discovered that Woman Within and Swimsuits 4 All are part of the same company- - the same company that did not deliver the swimsuits but wants to be paid for them.

Warning do not buy from this website! They take your money they don't want to return your money, the products take a month to come and it is absolutely awful awful! None of the items i bought came cost too what they advertised. Now in order to attempt to get my money returned, They want me to Pay the return shipping cost In order for me to get my money back which is gonna cost me just as much as my $82 order! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! CURRENTLY DISPUTING WITH PAYPAL!!
