Avoid member rewards program. They claim you can get a refund of $15 towards shipping off first order if you sign up for member rewards which is $16.95 per month auto-billed and the first 30 days is free cancel anytime. They don't mention this is done on a separate website so you can't check their main website for your refund. Once you figure that out, you have to jump through hoops to place a claim and provide proof of purchase, only to not receive a gift code until the following month. Which means you would have to place a second order in order to use the gift code. Of course you've already figured this is a scam to get your $16.95 for a $15 credit on your next order which you also have to pay shipping for! These businesses practices are designed to trick people (especially the elderly and those that are not computer/Internet savvy) into paying for the privilege of a discount that you don't really get. Be Very Wary of companies like this one... Also, I agree with most posters that the quality of the garments is sub-par. On a positive note, I did talk to a very nice customer service rep who tried to help but it was obvious that she couldn't do anything to help.

Was customer for 10 yrs with Swimsuits. for all.com. Would not sell me swimsuits cause I'm in Canada.Your CPG dept. had my tankinis on hold. Said my address on my shipping address was different then my address on my credit card. And for those reasons cancelled my order confirmation 40032828511. As always had them sent to American border in North Dakota and would pick them up. Always gave my card which pays in US funds as never shipped to Canada. Was told I'm not on file, when you sent me two tankinis in Arizona Nov.2021. Was told this company was purchased by recent owners 5 years ago and still not on file. Was told do i have any products unopened and i gave the number 65 dept brief style 2210-06 style and size 20. Again told not on file. Cancelled order of $112.34 us and said to do it in Canadian now as they deliver to Canada. The amount was $254.00 + delivery in Canadian. I said my US order was at 50% off so it should be in Canadian funds also. They said no and simply said anything else. Who does that. No consideration and would not SELL to me and dismissed me. I could not believe that this was done to me. Its like i was never in your system, when i buy 3 to 4 tankini tops and bottom for the last 10 years unbelievable. No business acumen.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Swimsuits for All & had difficulty in obtaining a refund. They're now a couple of days shy of keeping my money for 2 mos., despite my prompt return of items that didn't fit. They try to get away with "accidentally" giving you a gift card in the amount of your refund, even this time when I made it VERY clear that was not what I wanted. Ohh, sorry, we'll cancel & issue your refund which takes 2-3 then 3-5 days' "processing" time, which is ridiculous because as we all know, credit cards & PayPal process instantly these days. I'm currently at Day 10 since they claim the gift card was cancelled & refund made. Their suits are cute, but I will never order from them again.

If I could give no stars, I would. Do not buy anything from them? Since I purchased two items from them last year and the pants were not the right color and the top was not me, I immediately returned them. They were not swimsuits but beachwear. They received the returns and gave me a store credit which I had zero intention of using, so I called them and asked why I did not get a refund instead of store credit. They have no answer. I requested the store credit be a refund since their website states they do this, and they told me no. I had my credit card company dispute the charge. They did not contest it, and I got my refund. Eight months later, I had a collections company calling, and it was for the refund. They gave me the store credit, for which the credit card company refunded. I told my credit card company, and the credit card protection had expired, and I think Swimsuits For All knew this. I called them and stated I had returned your merchandise. Why am I in collections? They told me I was issued a store credit good for three months, and if I did not use it, I lost it, and they want their money! I have no words for the criminal act they have placed on me. I've never seen a company so malicious when they have their merchandise in good order to resell. I will never buy anything from them again, and neither should you. To save my good credit, I have to pay the collections notice. I'm pissed!!

This company is the worst. I am in Canada, they say they ship to Canada, but I cannot find one swimsuit that they will send to me. Plus, a sweater for $70 US should be around $89 CDN at todays rate, they tried to charge me $107, plus shipping, plus taxes, plus I'd have to pay duty when it gets into the country. Also, no promo codes work for me here, even though they are advertised. It's disgusting to treat people this way. No other US site I've even been on does this. How they keep customers is beyond me, but on saying all that reading the reviews here, I think I should be glad they won't ship!

Awful customer service. The catalog is nothing but a bait and switch racket; prices are not the same as quoted in the catalog I just got 2 days ago and they were no help.

LIVID doesn't begin to explain what I feel right now... DO NOT ORDER FROM SWIMSUITS FOR ALL. My past two orders I've received incorrect items, and instead of making the situation right, both times I've had to go out of my way to get my correct item. Absolutely absurd! I just can't even. Their customer service is completely unacceptable. Please share with any of your friends who are curvy or need supportive swimsuits to not use Swimsuits for all or any other of their brands. Side note: I have found other swimsuit brands I like (such as Bare Necessities) but had to use a gift card from previous purchases. #swimsuitsforall #boycott #donotbuy #worstcustomerservice

So disappointed in this company. I purchased 2 suits - loved them but to big. So I had to return to exchange - no real exchange process. Took forever to get my store credit and suit went way up in price. They didn’t care - that’s how the handle exchanges. Customer service spoke no English and were NO help!
