I'm out $27 because the company supposedly sent out an emailed gift card for my refund, which I never received. And, months later, when I contacted them about not receiving it, they do claim they send it but after 90 days, they don't keep the gift card number, so it is not able to be retrieved by them. Of course, I didn't use something I never received. Bottom line - NO REFUND. I will never shop here again and warn anyone from using this company or its other brands.

They are liars. I tried to return items and they said postage costs more than the swimwear. They offered a refund of 30% of what I paid. They use ridiculous language when they write emails and they are dishonest. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

just a horror. You CANNOT cancel an order at all. They state your order is "in process" even though it is out of stock. They state you can get a refund. The refund is a credit on a future order! It took over a month to receive my order. Once you give your email address, they will send multiple emails a day. I will never, never ever order anything from them again.

I paid for 'super fast shipping' for 2-day shipping and my order was not shipped out for two days and will take 7 days to arrive. The item will not arrive on time and I tried to cancel the order. Every time I tried to chat with an agent they would end the chat session on me. I then called the customer service number provided and asked for a supervisor. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was dumped into a general mailbox to leave a voice mail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SWIMSUITS FOR ALL OR ANY FULL BEAUTY COMPANY!! They are liars and will not help customers when they do not meet their own shipping deadlines.

In mid-May 2022, I ordered two swimsuits. Upon receipt, they weren't to my liking, so I returned both swimsuits. On June 10, I received an email letting me know that a refund had been issued for one of the swimsuits. I called customer service and was told that they would issue a refund for the second swimsuit. It's been over a month since that phone call and I have yet to receive the refund. I've called and chatted with representatives who insist that the refund was issued on June 10. I'm currently working with PayPal to dispute the charge. I will not order from Swimsuits For All ever again.

I am in customer service hell with this company. They keep claiming they never got my return when I have email proof that it was returned on June 6. It is not my fault that your shipping partner lost it, if that’s the case. I am getting the run around via email, chat and via phone. Answering the same questions and then being told there is nothing they can do because now it’s outside the return window. I returned it on time! This is FRAUD. What is wrong with your customer service team?!

Several years ago I ordered about 7-8 swimsuits from Swimsuits For All. I figured at least one or two would fit and I would return the rest. When I returned the suits that didn't fit, I found out that I could not get a refund only a credit. I didn't need another suit for a few years and when I tried to use the credit it didn't work any longer. I had to contact customer service. They reissued a $100 credit instead of the original $165 for the suits I had returned. When asked, they had no explanation for why I was not being credited for the full amount of $165. Since then I have used part of the $100 credit and had problems with returning the suits because they did not fit. They have a wide selection but it isn't much good if you cannot get a refund when a swimsuit it doesn't fit.

Do not buy from Swimsuits for all. I bought a suit March 22, returned it March 31. They received it April 1. They did not process the return until June 1 and said that I retuned it outside of the window and would not do anything to help.
