(Edited) Immediately after posting this review, customer success got right back to me to remedy the situation. Kudos to Swimsuits for All!! I'm looking forward to my order to make sure the billing is correct and because they have some CUTE things! BEWARE before you order - I created a cart, received 45% off at checkout. I used paypal for payment but when I got my email confirmation my BILL WAS NOT DISCOUNTED. I called to talk to customer service she said sorry - the best we can do is 35% off. WHAT? Shady. I said then cancel my order. We can't cancel this because the order is "pulled" (whatever that means). She said I could return for a refund once I get my order. Too bad, because the items were cute. I'll be waiting for my discount and ability to return/refund..if not the BBB will be hearing from me.

Okay I’ve just read so many negative reviews. Are the responses from the company real? My experience with this company is different. I have ordered many many suits with many different sizes. I should have returned most of them because sizes were small or weird fitting. But I didn’t because I didn’t want to go thru what everybody else has with returns and S & H. I wore a one piece l last summer and I had to throw it out by end of summer. It faded and looked like crap. So lesson learned, order from Amazon, same models are there with same suits. Unbelievable!

On the one hand, Swimsuits for All has a wide variety of suits and sizes. You WILL find what you're looking for. On the other hand, the return policy is harsh: pay your own shipping !! Gang! This is a very high return business. There is never a guarantee that you have the right size or the right look until you try it on. In a dressing room at a store, you bring eight in and then bring six out. If you try that here, you'll be stuck with a humongo shipping bill. Perhaps it is BECAUSE swim suits are a high return item that you pay your own shipping....but it doesn't exactly show respect for the customer. Buy at Amazon. No problem there.

To answer your question, both times I order from Switzerland. *********** I have been happy with the two swimsuits I have ordered over the years in respect of design and quality. What is frustrating is that when I try to visit the website these days, or e-mail Swimsuits For All, my comptuer will not allow me to connect as their website is not secure. I have tried to request an alternate swimsuit top by e-mail but the only addresses I can locate are "do not reply" type e-mail addresses. So I have been unable to communicate with Swimsuits For All even after having sent numerous e-mails; apparently the addresses I am using do not reach Swimsuits For All and, as I mentioned, I cannot access their website. What a shame that their website is not configured securely. Either that, or their website is being hacked.

I placed an order 2 years ago and never got it, i reached out to them and was told that there was no such order even though i'm seeing it on my account. Fast forward 2 years later, wanting to really try their bath-suits, i just made another order and i'm hoping that this one goes through in time or at all as i am due for vacation in 2 weeks. Reading all these reviews have me worried. Is there any guarantee i would get my order?

The suits I received were nice, but just didn’t work for me. I returned using the included label and much to my surprise (as other shopper’s review I’m now reading) was issued an eGift card rather than a refund in my original payment method. I called customer service and explained this is not standard for other companies and would like this refunded to my card and that I was happy to deduct the shipping cost as is standard. They did refund my card minus a $6.95 shipping fee which was acceptable to me

Ordered a swimsuit which was defective. (There are two layers of material to this suit, and the top ruching layer sags way below the front of the skirt, almost as if it were sewed incorrectly. You can imagine how much worse this will sag once it gets wet!) Contacted the company, and they told me I could return the item - but since I'm an international customer (Canada), apparently I'll have to pay for the return shipping. (Around $16). I've already paid shipping one way, now I have to pay to ship this back when you sold me a defective item? Unbelievable. If I just changed my mind, or the item didn't fit, I could understand, but a defective item? I sell used items on *eBay* and have a better return policy than this! When I emailed back to say as much, I got a generic form letter basically saying 'sorry we disappointed you, hope you give us another chance!' Uh. No. Probably not. Order #180312-TKFGH EDIT: After this review, SwimsuitsForAll reached out to me again. I spoke to a 'Jessica' in customer service and she was great. I sent some photos of the defect, and they refunded my purchase. She also sent along a code for 50% off my next purchase. Since I still needed a swimsuit, I did give them another chance and I ordered a different one. Hopefully this experience will be better.

I placed two orders and when I received them I tried everything on. I kept a few items from each order and returned the rest. I read the fine print and did EVERYTHING properly. The items were unworn (except for trying them on, which you have to do), unwashed, tags were on, swimsuit liners were in place. I paid for the return shipping ($22!!! and that was after the website said I would get free shipping for the orders, which I didn't...but I let it slide since I was so busy) so that I would receive a refund on my card. I received two emails, one for each order stating ZERO refund for all seven (7) items because of reason "other". When I called the company the woman said "other" meant I "didn't meet the return guidelines". WHAT?!? Are you kidding me? I did follow the guidelines. To the letter. I escalated the call to someone else who said that it showed "pending" in their system and it would take five (5) MORE business days to process it (even though it appeared processed). I told him (Victor ID#30962) I did everything properly (he said he believed me) and asked what the reason is. He couldn't give me one. I then asked what their general policy is if they determine that something isn't returned properly...do they keep my money and the items? He couldn't answer me. Seriously? You're going to keep my money and not give me back the items? That sounds shady!. They better refund me my money!!!! UPDATE: They gave me a credit on an e-gift card for both refunds...that's not right. I paid for return shipping so that I would receive a refund on my credit card. Sigh. Orders #170427-CTBKQ and 170424-KTUAS. UPDATE: They refunded my money to my credit card. Thank you!
