I ordered took weeks longer to arrive than promised on their website. The sweater is the wrong print and extremely cheap.. This company makes their $ on Shipping and bad return policies. I've ordered twice and spent $200 and had to pay by the piece to ship and it took 3 weeks to arrive. Product is just okay if you work to figure out sizing for each item - none are the same and don't try to return because Customer Service ladies are rude and unhelpful. Nope.

I ordered from their website. They offer a bikini top but I had no idea they sold a matching brief bottom. It wasn't on the same page. When I received several swimsuits, they included a catalog which had the matching bottom on a completely different page! I had to return a one-piece and wanted to exchange it for the other bottom. They finally refunded me for the returned one-piece, but after hearing nothing from them after that, I called 9 days later to find out where the bikini bottom was, and was told Oh. It's not available. And won't ever be. Well, thanks for the zero communication about that! And why wouldn't they show the matching bottom next to the top?? I would have ordered it when I ordered everything else. Then it would probably still be in stock!!

don't try to return anything between the time to get credit and cost to ship back on top of original shipping it's not worth it. Iplaced two orders for a vacation and ordered some different sizes in a couple of things. Return was very hard took 2 calls and 18 days after they received my return to get credit. One o Item was backordered and they would not let me cancel it and extra shipping to get it late and more shipping to return.

It's an unfortunate situation that swimsuits for all is affiliated with a few sister companies. THEY SIMPLY. CANT FULFILL THEIR ORDERS. I'm in a situation where I'm getting coupons, and I'm reordering things that I ordered a month-and-a-half ago that have not been fulfilled.

I am being nice in giving them a 3 star rating because I have purchased from them for a few years now and not had any real issues until now. In the last couple of months I ordered a total of 11 swim separate pieces to try. 4 arrived. 5 are lost in shipping somewhere (their shipping partner which I found out is Pitney Bowes has not gotten them to the USPS). I returned but have yet to get my credit for it yet. I have one that they told me me they can’t cancel because it is processing for shipping - which means I will be lucky if I get it before end of summer. I did get them to cancel 3. But they have been unwilling to help me with the lost items - every time I am lucky enough to get through to them after holding for an hour, they give me yet another date that I must wait to see if the shipments arrive before they will help me. I have now resorted to filing a claim with PayPal. All of the suits I have gotten from them are super cute be good quality - but a year after the pandemic started they still want to blame that for their very poor and lack of customer service instead of trying to help the customers. They aren’t even trying to acknowledge the shipping issues and continue shipping items the same way even though everyone is complaining that we aren’t receiving our purchased items. So they have our money and we have no swimwear. I am extremely disappointed in how this company is conducting business these days. They used to be better than this.

The return policy and shipping is horrible! I ordered a suit that was $86 + $20 shipping. To return I have to pay $10+the $20shipping. So basically I paid $30 to try on a bathing suit and get nothing. The reason I gave 2 instead of 1 is because it came in right amount of time.

These people just keep half your money when you return something. Ordered a bathing suit for $56. Didn’t fit. Sent it back, got $33 credit. Complete thievery. I will never use this company again. Terrible business practice.
