Swift lane made going in and out of my apartment so much easier. My favorite part for myself was using Face ID when I got home everyday since it allowed me to never dig my keys out! I also loved the guest feature where they could call your phone and you could let them in that way. I also was able to give my dad a code to get in when I was at work which was extremely helpful and convenient. This was my first time using swiftlane and it was the best experience - I don’t know how other apartments don’t have it!!!

Great for apartments that aren’t in the best areas! Enjoyed using it.

One of our door entry intercom units had stopped working, displaying only its underlying operating system. I contacted Swiftlane technical support and they were able to work with me to reprovision the unit with its correct software and make it operable again. This saved us a significant expense of replacing the unit. I come from a technical background and Swiftlanes technical support was very responsive, helpful and easy to work with!

Huge improvement over our previous system. Generally reliable, user-friendly interface, lots of programming options. Gives many ways of accessing building. I'm less thrilled they try to upsell me on additional functionality and that they interrupt the experience of using it with occasional promotions, requests for review, etc. Overall, solid 4+ star experience

Overall this is a great a convenient app. I love being able to remotely talk and enable people to come in to the building. I also love the fact that I can see the history of people that have entered the building. My only comment for improvement is that sometimes out of nowhere the system fails to work. There were more than one instances of when the face unlock feature or the unlock feature did not work. Sometimes this causes an inconvenience.

Fantastic and so helpful when I have guests over and can see who’s at the door, also fantastic for deliveries when I’m not home. The only issue is once in a great while the door doesn’t open when you select the open/unlock option it has happened twice in the last year but tech support was very kind.

Swiftlane has been super convenient and easy to use for me for the past year. I love being able to access the building right from my phone without having to worry about keys or a fob. It’s quick, simple, and makes getting in and out so much easier. Definitely a great system!
