Having lived in buildings with old dial-up call boxes, having Swiftlane was a breath of fresh air. Being able to create temporary codes for delivery drivers and permanent ones for family was great. The camera snapshot whenever someone uses a code was a nice heads-up. And for me, the fast, reliable facial recognition at the front door was great. Highly recommend it to any property manager looking to upgrade their access system.

I truly never have to have my keys with me! This system allows me to simply scan my face to be let in. The only areas for improvement I'd recommend are the features to buzz people up and the reliability. There has been a few occasions where I was locked out of my building because the system was down. There is also a slight lag when allowing folks into the building via telecom (& I would prefer it defaulted to having me on mute when I'm answering). I do love being able to see who is requesting access. Overall, great just minor improvements!

Huge improvement over our previous system. Generally reliable, user-friendly interface, lots of programming options. Gives many ways of accessing building. I'm less thrilled they try to upsell me on additional functionality and that they interrupt the experience of using it with occasional promotions, requests for review, etc. Overall, solid 4+ star experience

Overall this is a great a convenient app. I love being able to remotely talk and enable people to come in to the building. I also love the fact that I can see the history of people that have entered the building. My only comment for improvement is that sometimes out of nowhere the system fails to work. There were more than one instances of when the face unlock feature or the unlock feature did not work. Sometimes this causes an inconvenience.

Their remote system has became quite stable lately, which we are very happy about. Overall, features are real practical and user-friendly, and while there are occasional issues, they are fixed within a reasonable timeframe- Responsible management !! However, the self-PIN management system could benefit from a reminder prompt for owners to update codes regularly. Given the large screen size, bystanders can easily observe PIN entries and compromise security. Furthermore, because the screen is reflective, individuals frequently use it as a mirror and deliberately buzz in to force doors open or test entries, creating a significant security vulnerability sometimes.

Overall it’s been great to see through the cameras on who is ringing my apartment. It’s also handy being able to open a door through my phone when I’m a few feet away to save a few seconds of waiting. The only times it’s a tad bit troublesome is when it might be a WiFi issue? Unsure because sometimes I try to open and it’s an issue that we as a user cannot resolve. Thankfully I am able to walk and I can use a different entrance and the building I am in is pretty wheelchair accessible throughout either entrances.

Overall Swiftlane provided a great product that increased safety and made it easy to give guests visitor codes. The application itself was easy to navigate, and I liked that I could unlock doors remotely if necessary. That being said, there were often times where the system would be down outside of business hours, so it would not connect to unlock the door, and the app also would not work.
