Top notch customer service and legitimate payouts
Customer service was prompt in returning my emails and answering questions. My very first time i tried redeeming my winnings, the redemption was rejected which made me fear I might be getting scammed. Before I had a chance to reach our to them, customer service emailed me with an explanation and solution for the rejected redemption. During the process I had questions and used the live chat. The live chat representative got me through the entire process then let the payment team know. Within an hour my redemption was approved AND sent to my account.

Trustworthy and very quick with payouts
Sweep luxe has some very great paying slots and they typically payout very quickly. My first payout request happened within 12 hours of the time I requested it. However, my most recent payout request happened in less than 2 hours from the time I requested it. I really like this casino. They are trustworthy, pay quickly and their slots are relatively loose. However they could benefit from better promotions and a more extensive VIP program. I 100% would recommend this casino to anyone I know.

Oh my gosh Idk even where to start... Just awesome all the way around... Won big right away got my money a couple days later cuz it always takes a couple the first time but the second time it took 1hr

I bought a $9.99 bundle started betting only 0.20 cents I hit for $3000. I opened a Vero account to cash out (no cash app pays) and was paid after I verified. Nothing since, but I can’t complain. lol

Don't waste your time
I have not even had an account for longer than a week and you guys already removed SC from my account then your CSR states that the bonus play expires after a certain time. The TOS says its upon account closure, ofc you reserve the right to do whatever. Doesn't mean it isn't bad practice and look shady to the customers.
