SweepLuxeReviews of sweepluxe.com

The support department at SweepLuxe are AMAZING!! Even with having to send in extra verification documents I had my payout in 20 minutes.

SweepLuxe has tons of great games to choose from & the payout is fast! I requested a redemption one night & the money was in my account by morning! Would def recommend!

Love the slots and live games. Solid daily deal, Fast payouts and awesome customer service representatives that you can actually speak with. Can't go wrong playing here.

Great platform. Just started but there's so much to do.

I really enjoyed playing at SweepLuxe; however when I went to redeem I noticed a statement they have posted on the redemption page that says they cannot redeem to digital or online banks. And of course their terms say they will send your redemption to the same payment method used when making a purchase. I used my Chime card for purchases but since theÿ can't redeem to Chime, I entered my Bank of Amercia debit card. Then an hour or two later I received an email saying I couldn't use my BOA card and I had to redeem to the card I used for purchases. So, I'm a bit confused. Can they send redemptions to online banks or not? I don't know what the difference is anyway since every place I play at has been able to redeem to my Chime card with no issues. Most of the reviews on here received their redemptions almost instantly. It's now been 3 days and ai haven't received mine even after changing my debit card to the one they told me to. I will be glad to update my review once I receive my redemption but for now my rating is for their redemption process. It stinks and it's not a clear process. UPDATE: After changing my debit card to the one they told me to, which happened to be my Chime card, I received notice from SweepLuxe that my redemption couldn't be processed via debit card. I knew this would be this case before I clicked on redeem because they plainly state that they cannot send redemptions to online banks. I realize they want you to redeem to the card you made purchases with but in my case I couldn't. I tried to avoid wasting the time which is why I first tried to redeem to my BoA card then emailed them explaining why i didn't use my card i used for purchases. I don't understand why all this time and energy had to be wasted in the first place. Anyway, they advised me to connect my bank account then to verify it by sending in a recent bank statement. I was so over it at this point. I finally received my redemption the next day. I like playing at Sweepluxe, don't get me wrong, but I just feel like some steps of the redemption process could have been avoided. I will continue to play here because I like their selection of slots and they always have a sale going on. Plus next time I redeem should be a lot quicker. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

Seems to me they have changed the daily wheel to only give gold coins lol OK wants gold coins EVERY DAY .. THEY MUST BE LOW ON FUNDS.

My experience was great with them it was real easy to redeem it was no hassle at all. The staff gets back with you in a timely manner and is very patient. The money took no time to hit my account! I will most definitely be playing with them AGAIN!!

I won some money on here, a pretty decent amount and they basically took it from me. They tried to say that they put it back on my account but I am 100% POSITIVE it never went back on my account. Theres absolutely no way to dispute it either so it is pretty ridiculous. I really liked the casino at first, and spent a bit of money there. So its really upsetting that this happened.
