First off I just want to thank sweepluxe for really keeping it real. Hands down the best online experience I have had. They walked me through the process and answerd my emails promptly. Look I'm just a average American trying to get lucky and win a little. I have played im many different sweepstake casinos and they are mostly trash. After you win they won't verify you or want tons of info from your bank it's just crazy. I lost faith in it till I found sweepluxe. Thanks guys you all are the best.

Getting my first time redemption has been a nightmare, they want you to send a copy of your debit card that you used to purchase the coins with and I no longer have that card it was replaced with another cash card with different numbers and they insist that I get a statement from cash app card saying that card is no longer in use and unfortunately customer service from cash app does not do statements so I'm stuck with a Redemption that I am unable to cash out becuz of this stupid stipulation. I paid for my sweep coins, won, and now I cannot redeem my winnings!

This site is bomb They used to be kind of lame but they have really raised the bar the last few months. Giving great bonuses and promotions. And keeping it fun. Redemption was a breeze too! Took less than 24 hours to get my funds straight to my debit card. Thanks SWEEPLUXE

To be honest when I decided to join SweepLuxe Casino and create my account with them, I was not entirely sure I would like what I got in return.... But I quickly found out that my doubts were wrongly placed. SweepLuxe is a great casino! They have a great Player Reward system, a solid Game Selection & Diversity, and thier Customer Support Team is AMAZING!!! Liam (the Support Agent that I had the pleasure to interact with) went far & beyond what he had to do to make sure he got me the adequate help I needed. It was an amazing experience.

They're fast and SO EASY compared to some other casinos. I love their games and response time can't be beat!

I do not recommend anyone play here. They will allow you to use a virtual card to deposit money, but when it's time to redeem, they give you the runaround about redeeming to a virtual card. I won $200, but I'm glad that I only spent $6.99 on this site, because at this point, they can keep the money that I won. I will continue to play on Crown and all other legitimate sites, because this one is a scam and their support is nonexistent.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I've signed up and completed the KYC VERIFICATION PROCESS MANY TIMES before on other Sweepstakes platforms. So I read the terms and conditions. The repeated document request over and over. This is a stall tactic used buy shady sweepstakes casinos, in hopes of the Casino that you will replay and hopefully loose the SC coins you was trying to cashout/Redeem. When you loose the winning SC back you was trying to cashout or redeem YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOW MAGICLY VERIFIED. I'v provided everything asked of me for the verification KYC only to be stalled and lied to. These are all scam tactics & scummy Lowlife sweepstakes Casinos modus of oprea. following the verification process in a way that lead you on and drags it out all in hopes your gonna replay those winnings and 99% of players do, the casinos operaters know this. It's only a matter of time before you break and want to play in hopes of cashing out a bigger sum when you are finally verified. The verification regulations outlines the process, but doesn't stipulate any time frames to abide bye. Just look at the reviews on here and their responses. They sound so willing to be as helpful as possible. I recommend just throw your money directly into the garage can. Then deal with these clowns. We're all suckers because legally they are covered and you & I are the stupid sucker who got played. ***UPDATE TO SWEEPLUX RESPONSE 11/25/2025***Their response is ridiculous the only thing live support is going to do is tell you there's nothing they can do and just keep sending you through and endless KYC VERIFICATION LOOP REQUESTING RESUBMITION OF THE SAME DOCUMENTS OVER AND OVER. THEIR RESPONSE IS A JOKE. I'm still not verified and in the Verification Looop. Ive successfully completed the KYC PROCESS MANY TIMES ON MULTIPLE LEGITIMATE SWEEPSTAKES PLATFORMS with successfully redemptions. Scam Alert!!!
