I used to have a great VIP experience at this social casino. Then about 6 weeks ago they stopped doing redemptions. I have multiple requests via support, email, telegram, you name it and they just keep delaying. Its clear there is a pattern just look at the other reviews. Cannot recommend anymore - stay away from this one. Update - I posted this review in August and as of late October none of the redemptions have come through. Buyer beware.

1083 in and the highest bank balance was 200.. games dont have any line hits at 3 to 5$ range. Total waste of time.. 0 stars.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS SITE 0 STARS I WOULD.. I ORIGINALLY REDEEMED $1000 ON JULY 26. I’VE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND SINCE THEN. THEY’VE CANCELED MY REDEMPTION AT LEAST 3 TIMES STATING THAT THE DOCUMENTS I SENT IN WEREN’T ANY GOOD. I’VE SENT IN SELFIES, BANK STATEMENTS , MY CARD WITH A SELFIE, MY CARD COVERING UP CERTAIN NUMBERS.. STILL NO MONEY.. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN SENDING ME THE SAME. COPY AND PASTE MESSAGES. “MY DOCUMENTS ARE UNDER REVIEW” THEY WILL CONTACT ME ONCE VERIFIED .. ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH.. THE ANTIFRAUD SENDS THE SAME COPY AND PASTE MESSAGES TOO .. THEY WANT U TO PLAY IT BACK SO THEY WON’T HAVE TO PAY U THATS WHY THEY KEEP CANCELING IT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE ‼️‼️

Played on this site for a bit and really liked it, they had great deals and when I requested a redemption they were quick to pay out. They were paying out 1-2 redemptions every few days before, and so I bought more of their packs and played through and requested redemptions. Then I ran into their daily limit problem. You can only request redemptions at a max of $1000 each, and you can only redeem $3000 weekly. They have packs for VIP players for 950 for 1200 SC and other packs like that so how am I not able to redeem it all in one go if you’re offering it in one go? Anyway I played through all I had and then redeemed daily until I ran into their weekly max, waited a week and redeemed. This was a few weeks ago, they were no longer paying every few days and only processing one redemption every week, that was annoying but still okay because I was getting paid out. Now I have 7 redemptions with them pending, I’ve stopped buying and playing about a month ago because I’m waiting for these to process. Redemption times have slowed further, it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t had one process, 7 pending and some were put in over a month ago. Will update when I get paid out, hoping I still do and they don’t end up like another site I was playing on that announced they’d close down and haven’t paid out but claim they still will. A month ago I would have given this site 4-5 stars. Now I’m putting 3 because of these extended wait times. I’ll try to update if they pay out Update 9/4: still waiting and still have the same 7 pending redemptions worth around $7000 altogether. Anytime I reach out to customer service they say it’s in the queue and they have so many redemptions that they are backed up. They wont give any kind of timeline on when they’ll catch back up when asked. I’m going to wait a few more weeks then I may need to claim against them if they still haven’t paid out… Update 10/16/26: Still waiting! Same 7 pending redemptions worth over $7000, I’ve contacted support multiple times, they always reply but they say the same thing over and over, they forwarded it to the finance team and it will get paid out. Yea well it looks like the finance team fell asleep as it’s been 2 and 1/2 months for most of these pending redemptions, and 3 months now for my oldest one. Lowering to 1 star

I am going on well over a month now waiting for a roughly $850 redemption. They used to payout and in reasonable times but now it appears that the site is exit scamming at this point. 10/2/2026 - still not paid they are scamming.

They done denyed my redemption like 4 times already I sent everything they asked for and still it gets denied. But they will take my payment no problem. Once I get my redemption if I ever do I’m not playin on this online casino no more. Everything was good untill I tried to get paid. They did end up accepting it and paying me what I won. So I went back and changed the star rateing to 4 cuz everything is good just took a while to finally pass verication.
