Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I ordered a bear and ring on their website, only received the bear. Its been over 2 months. I keep contacting them and they reply the same thing that my neighbors might have stolen it. Do not buy from them.

I love the necklace
I love the necklace, beautiful. Order it for my daughter birthday. Her son's was the ones who chose it for her birthday. It's a surprise her birthday not until the 30th of this month. The delivery was quick. The necklace look exactly as the picture shows. Very happy, will definitely order again

Pleasantly surprised
When I opened the parcel I couldn't believe how beautiful the presentation was you got a beautiful box with a clear top and you could see the most perfect Rose and then it had a Twist knob at the side of the box and you twisted it and on the other side of the Rose was what you ordered. My son ordered a necklace for his girlfriend. It was really the most beautiful gift the necklace was beautiful with good quality. I would recommend this company for your purchase.

Thank you so much for this beautiful review. We’re truly glad to hear the presentation made such a strong first impression, that magical moment when you twist the knob and reveal the necklace is exactly what we hope every customer experiences. It means so much to us that your son chose Swaveo for such a special gift and that it was received so well. We’re grateful for your recommendation and for trusting us to be part of such a meaningful moment.

almost one month to get my order
almost one month to get my order
Response from Swaveo JewelryMar 2, 2026
We’re really sorry to hear your order took longer than expected to arrive. With customized jewelry, there is additional processing time to carefully create and engrave each piece, and for international shipments, delays with postal carriers or customs can occasionally extend delivery times beyond our estimates. We completely understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you’re looking forward to receiving something special. We truly appreciate your patience and your support, and we’re always here if you need any help or updates on an order.
