You advertised as if what is written on the chain will be engraved but it wasn’t

Ordered necklace for my girlfriend inside it's got glue stuck to the box that turned yellow in a white box and the necklace heart are not engraved as I payed for , wish I read reviews as they don't look good

My experience was great because I ordered it online and it did not take long nor did it came delayed the was daily updates of the package and the time it took was decent the package was not damaged the ring with sizing it is perfect with the engraving the box I ordered it with was stunnning it truly was an amazing purchase and I would buy from swaveo again for good prices, shipping and more!
