If I could, I would give them 10 stars!!!
I discovered Swap.com last year. I have a master's degree in fashion design and interior design, so I am very fussy about clothing and sewing! I am a very petite older lady and take great pride in dressing well on a budget! My go-to labels are Talbots and Cold Water Creek. I have always used their outlets in the past. Now that I live in TN I am no where near these outlets. I have placed at least 4 large orders on Swap.com and am 1000% satisfied! I have bought clothes for myself, my husband and daughter. We are delighted with the selection, pricing and especially the easy return/refund customer service!!! That has put them at the top of my list for a place to buy clothes. I always go for the new with tags option! Thank you for an outstanding shopping experience!

Worst place to sell anything
Worst place to sell anything. They used to be amazing but decided to apply new rules to items I sent in before the changes. There are other complaints. Do more research and you'll see how bad they are. I am now losing money on items they hold hostage for a fee to send back, even though I sent them in before the changes in terms and conditions. That's breach of contract. Don't send anything to them. They will not impressed you. I hope I save at least some people from making that mistake.

You are correct that over time, we have had changes to our commission structure, however when that has occurred, we will communicate the details, and then the structure has changed on future boxes sent in after that communication. For boxes that had been sent in prior to a change, the commission structure remains in tact for the commission structure that was active when you submitted the box. Swap is my go to store for clothes. The deals are amazing. If there is ever any problem with the purchase you can return it with free shipping.

Great customer service with Swap.com!
I've only had to contact customer service twice out of the many purchases I've made at Swap.com. And both times I've had excellent customer service with my issues being resolved in record time. And also with very professional and courteous representatives handling these issues. This makes contacting customer service at Swap.com effortless. I am in love with Swap.com
I am in love with Swap.com. If you are looking for books, I highly recommend this site. Each book I bought was shipped to me in individual plastic sleeves and even though they were used books, I was pleasantly surprised to find them in such excellent condition. They honestly looked like books I had walked into a Barnes and Noble and bought brand new off the shelves. I'll definitely be going back to shop with them again and again I'm sure.

I love Swap.Com..
I love Swap.Com... they are a good steward of the earth by taking clothes and shoes that would otherwise probably end up in a landfill or in another country... some of the items are brand new, some are a bit used but they stand by their sales and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it... I love getting my box and opening it up and trying all of the stuff on it is so fun and I have a whole new wardrobe now and it cost pennies on the dollar compared to retail... I haven't bought a single piece of clothes anywhere else in the last year... thank you!!

So happy I found this site
So happy I found this site! It's so hard to find my size in stores. No one carries double zeros anymore. Cant go wrong with name brand, like new, and affordable! I'll continue to shop on swap.com. I would recommend!
