Stay Away from Suvie - Deceptive Practices and Terrible Customer Service
I deeply regret trusting Suvie with my purchase. The company has repeatedly lied about shipping timelines, leaving us without the appliance we paid for and unable to use the meal kit they prematurely sent. Despite their promises to resolve the issue, their feeble offer of 10% off a future meal kit (which we couldn’t even use) was an insult to our intelligence.
Suvie’s inability to coordinate shipments, provide honest updates, or take accountability for their mistakes shows a complete lack of professionalism. This is not a company that values its customers.
I urge anyone considering Suvie to think twice and find a more reliable company that actually delivers on its promises. Save yourself the frustration and avoid them at all costs.

Terrible company
This company is a scam! I ordered my product and received it within three weeks however I returned it right away because the meals are very very tiny and not very good, plus they are very expensive. The real problem here is with the return process. They offer a risk free return policy however when you return it, they never refund you. The unit was delivered back in pristine condition as it was used two times before we said this is stupid. They have acknowledged that they received it well over a month ago and still have yet to reimburse me. I have contacted them multiple times and they always state. They will check with their finance department and get back to me, which they never do. Stay away from this company at all cost!

Food is mediocre at best - Cannot Unsubscribe from Emails
Food is mediocre at best. The oven does work and functions as expected. My biggest complaint is that no matter I do, email support, unsubscribe, mark as spam, I keep receiving their promotional emails. They have violated the CAN-SPAM act multiple times and have yet to fix it.

SCAM DO NOT BUY!!
I bought my Suvie on December 5th 2023 through Affirm, it was processed on December 26th 2023 and I didn't get it until January 22nd, but I’m one of the lucky ones based on the complaints on Better Business Bureau. I bought the latest Suvie machine, 3.0. The design is AWFUL! The machine is bulky and doesn’t fit on the counter for a small kitchen without giving it the proper ventilation, so the machine always overheats. For where you pour the distilled water in the 3.0 suvie, it’s very awkward because it’s a small hole and not a wide surface area to prevent spillage, so you always spill water all over the counter if you’re not using a funnel of some sort and it gets really annoying having to constantly dry the counter every time you refill it. Not only is it difficult to pour the water, but it’s also hard to see the fill line because it’s clear and it doesn’t help that water is clear so you almost always overfill it, or don’t fill it enough. Before I bought the 3.0, I was given the first model from a friend and the surface area to pour the water was much wider so it saved the water from spilling on the counter. However, the downside is that you can see all the white gross buildup with what looks like calcium or whatever. So you always have to keep emptying and wasting water to clean the dish. What’s even worse is that for the first model it was difficult to clean in some of the crevices so you would just have a buildup in the corners and sides. At least for the first model you could actually see the fill line since it was in white text not clear. The only reason why I upgraded to the latest model was because of the refrigeration feature, but I feel like it made the quality of the food turn out worse than when you don’t use it. The chicken seemed more dry, it didn’t pull apart as easily, the pasta got crunchy, etc. It’s such a scam to spend an additional $100 for an extra set of thin aluminum pans and a cheap silicone spatula and spoon that you can get at the dollar store. Based on my experience with the quality of the food and the price of about ‘$11.49’ per serving, it’s upsetting that if you want to upgrade to have more options you have to pay extra per person. Everytime Suvie does come out with a new meal, it’s always pReMiUm, so you’re stuck with the same meals every night for dinner, and it just gets tiring. It’s honestly not sustainable unless you’re willing to pay an extra $8 or so PER PERSON for them to upgrade a chicken to a salmon for a meal. With that much extra money per person, my partner and I can just go out to dinner to eat for about the same price, minus tips, and also get more food out of it. I understand the meals are “cheaper,” but you also get smaller portions for what you buy, so you’re just paying for the convenience, but you might as well just doordash dinner for your family with that price and you would get more food out of it plus it would taste WAY better. If you try the “100 day risk free trial” and you decide to return it because it’s also not working out for you and your family, good luck returning it. As of writing this on June 11th I have yet to receive my money back after starting the return process in March. Everytime I email them about it, I am always being promised that I will get my refund in 14 days or so. 3 months later and here we are, $300 down, which is a lot of money for me since I make minimum wage. After I email them to constantly get an update, they keep saying how they’ll let me know and keep me updated, but I HAVE BEEN THE ONLY ONE UPDATING THEM!! It’s false advertising that you’ll get your money back if you don’t like your product, but you actually never will!! On March 12th, I emailed their customer service team to request a refund and to send it back since it wasn't working out for me and my family and the meals were awful and they promised a "100 day risk free trial". They sent out a box for me to pack the suvie and its accessories in on March 21st, and it didn't arrive until March 27th. I sent the box and the accessories back within 30 days and it arrived at their facility as listed on the packing label they emailed to me. I emailed back on April 26th, to let them know it arrived and was told it will take '14 to 21 days for my refund to process and reflect on my account statement'. 3 weeks later, I emailed again on May 17th to get an update on the processing of my refund since I checked with an Affirm representative and told me the refund hasn't been processed through them. The email back said that they 'are currently in communication with the Affirm representative to process the refund' and that they will update me as soon as my refund has been processed. Again, a whole 3 weeks later, as of June 7th 2024 I have gotten no refund, hasn't been processed through affirm, and got no email.

We placed the order Sep 2023.
We placed the order Sep 2023.. It is March 12th.
Customer Service acknowledged the issue, however no resolution. Yes we paid. Meanwhile they are blasting me with emails to order food. Do not even think about buying this. Next step is the judicial system.
Enough said.

Broken shipping commitment and poor service
During my order, Suvie quoted a 2-3 week shipping time. When I received my order confirmation, that shipping time changed to 3-4 weeks.
I sent an email to their customer service questioning this. Their service replied that the 2-3 week timeframe was for ordering a refurbished appliance. I responded with a screenshot from the order page that clearly showed the new, 3.0, and the 2-3 week timeframe.
Tobi, the representative, responded: I wanted to refer you back to the email confirmation we sent you, where we stated that the expected delivery time is within 3-4 weeks. We appreciate your feedback and your attention to the details.
I’m astounded at the severe lack of any service and the immediacy of deceit right from the beginning of the customer relationship.
