Don not sign up with Suvie If you forget to order your meals, they send you garbage and they are very expensive. They know my profile they won’t send you anything you ordered before just stuff they want to get rid of. It not nice to throw away an $450 box of garbage. Their system is almost extortion. So you can understand how frustrating this is, I’m 53 years old and this is the first negative review I have ever written in my life. I hope no one ever buys from this horrible company. The convenience of their oven doesn’t exist without there meals. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM SUVIE.

We just received our order late. It was incorrect and inside addressed to different person. It had been sent out and in transit for 10 days. We have received 2 packages of meals and have been billed 4 times.

Meals are not delivered to my home. I must travel to a UPS Store, more than 20minutes away. Had I known home delivery wasn’t an option, I would not have bought the Susie oven.

Takes forever shipping out the oven, constantly trying to send out meals before the oven arrives that you need to cook them. Then find out the oven will not work if it doesn't have water and the water system is so badly designed that the unit was useless upon arrival. Now playing back and forth games with their support trying to get the thing repaired or replaced. At almost 3 times the cost of their competitors I would have thought things would be far better then this. But I will definitely be going back to their competitors and telling everyone they can't run away fast enough.

Tried to take advantage of a $300 discount. Got to check out and it rings up full price. Backed out, went through all of it again, same thing. Sent the order through thinking it was a glitch in their sales page, sent a screenshot to customer service and assumed i could get help. Instead, they were basically like “oh sorry, you didn’t click the button that said you wanted $300 off snd 16 free meals. Nothing we can do.” Excuse me? I clicked on the selection that contained that. You’re telling me you hid another button somewhere obscure that you hope people won’t see so you scam them out of $300 and 16 meals? That’s fraud. Stay away from this company and their shady business practices.

Ordered over a month ago - still says processing. Customer services said it would arrive last week - it didn't - Very disappointed in my purchase and I haven't had a chance to use it yet

Of course… All terrible experiences begin with an Instagram ad… I should know this already. I went to go purchase their device, it showed $249, I proceeded and it’s a to enter my email address to get 16 free meals which I did because it wouldn’t let me bypass. After I checked out I went to go check the meals to see if I would in fact be interested in the free 16 meals when I saw that you can’t select the specific meals you want. At this point I went to cancel and I received a pop-up stating that with the purchase of the appliance I was obligated to receive several boxes of their meals. this was a complete surprise to me, there was no indication on their website whatsoever that this was a requirement. I emailed Customer Service and they emailed me back showing the desktop version where at the top there was an option to opt out of the discount – this option is not visible on mobile devices. i’m not sure if that was intentional on their part, if not then it was a pretty egregious oversight. Either way, I will wait for someone else to make a similar device and buy it because I will not be supporting this company as I felt like they were intentionally deceptive.

Customer service is horrible. Couldn’t care less about their clients. Do they know that they run a subscription service with meals that are high cost? They would not let me skip boxes. You could go on the site and click “skip” and they would still send. Great concept. Great machine. Poor company.
