I have had nothing but wonderful, friendly responses from this company! Because thisring had such a wide band, the size I ordered was too tight. She stood behind her "will resize the ring" by offering to send me another one! All I had to do is pay the postage! Now, I will have a ring to share with my daughter. Her customer service person, Sarah, is wonderful. This Susan has nothing but praise for Susan Jewelry!

I ordered two beautiful rings as gifts for two sisters. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size. The girls were so disappointed! I contacted Customer Service, and they immediately sent replacements. Items received are bad imitations of items marketed on website
I ordered the following through a Facebook add. Overall this is a sham. Actual items sent are a cheap resemblance of the item marketed in the photos on their website. Ring came in a box. Everything else came in cellophane or plastic bags, one even marked "stainless steel, made in China". Spent over $200.
Flower Zirconia Exotic Gold Ring - horribly cheap knockoff received. Very pretend gold coated ring, like you'd get in a coin machine from the 90's. Metal is thick, not delicate like the photo. Photo depicts two tone metal to give the illusion of diamonds. Ring received is solid painted on gold like pretend jewelry with no illusion of gemstone.
Liza Jade Pendant Necklace - piece I'm most satisfied with and most closely represents the photos. Though the gold is still cheap looking.
Handmade Elegant Hoop Earrings - don't have high hopes that clasp will last long
Luna Gold Twist Earrings - bad quality on the clasp. I had to bend the bar that goes through the ear hole to her it to sort of click closed. I'm assuming it will eventually fall out while I'm wearing it.
Vintage gold and diamond earrings - gold is very brassy fake looking. Not sure I'll wear these ever, as they look too fake.
Gold Multi-Layered Necklace - gold color is very pinkish. The flat thick strand was bent in the packaging which left it with a permanent kink, which looks cheap.
All of these positive reviews must have low standards for quality.
I hope my purchase helped some poor underpaid factory worker in China put food on the table for their family.
It only took 5 days to receive my order, shipping time was the most positive part of this purchase.
4/3/2026 EDIT: Susan Jewelry reached out to me directly via email very quickly and was understanding of my disappointment in the items received versus the representation of the items on their website. They have initiated a refund expected to be completed in the next 5-7 days. I appreciate their proactiveness to address and resolve my concerns. I will update this review if their promised resolution is not fulfilled.
