I used surveysparrow to send out 8 location specific employee satisfaction surveys. I enjoyed the ease of duplicating the survey. Sharing the survey with employees was also easy. The results were exactly what we needed. Thanks!

Easy to build a survey, user friendly environment

It is a nice product, unfortunately we couldn't proceed with it due to budget constraints.

Great features at a good price

I like the design and the product. One issue that I had was I was on free plan, and yet I was unable to use it anymore. That was surely an issue with the product for which I wrote to an employee that used to reach out to me, but I never heard back after that. That being said, as a product, it’s amazing. Intuitive, easy to use and very smart product.

Survey Sparrow makes it very easy to send surveys to employees especially with the premade template option.

Overall, my experience for being use SurveySparrow is good. It has easy to use and friendly user interface. It also can integrate to different apps without too much problem. However sometime I feel the documentation is not clear enough so that I have to spend some time to figure it out.
