Overall it was a good experience

Easy to use and worked perfectly for our event. I was delighted how easy it was to work and how flexible it was to be able to customize for our use.

Though i faced some technical lag, it provides me what i need with ease in terms of Survey.

We needed a quick solution to collect NPS for one of our services and we found SurveySparrow a good fit for that purpose. It has an easy-to-use interface and the ability to quickly create NPS surveys was something we were looking for. If you are in the market for a similar solution, I would recommend SurveySparrow.

SurveySparrow is a simple yet powerful software to use. I love everything about the software except for the response based pricing. I'd definitely recommend it to my colleagues.

SurveySparrow is a great upcoming tool for researchers/ marketing teams everywhere. Most question types have been covered and the tool does provide a good degree of logical controls. It may not yet be ready to compete against the likes of qualtrics on logical capabilities (such as embedding data, custom routing and randomization, block routing and randomization, maxdiff, conjoint capabilities) but I'm certain the team behind SurveySparrow can get the tool up-to-mark for heavier research needs as well.

Overall great product. Offers many of the same features as competitors like Surveymonkey and typeform. Similarly priced as well. Unfortunately the pricing model is a bit confusing. If the company reduces the price or offers better promotions, this would hands down be the best product on the market.
