My personal experience has been great. I had used another "leading provider of online surveys" and found their pricing geared for larger enterprise businesses rather than smbs like me. So, I decided to do the 14-day trial. It has a little learning curve (what doesn't) but once I got the hang of building my survey, I feel the platform is excellent. And I love the experience from the customer POV. Happy to have gotten the annual package.

Great app for surveys! Easy to use and to complete. There are a lot of options and the ability to have open ended questions. The staff is incredibly kind too.
