I was looking for an online survey app, easy to use and with good looking themes and design. After trying other companies I chose Survey Sparrow for how easy to use it was a because it gave a lot of different options to create an amazing survey. The reason why I gave two stars is: 1) spam, a lot; 2) they lie to you, they offer you a 25$ Amazon gift card if you leave a review on Trustpilot, and they never send it to you; and 3) if you try to get in touch with them, no response.

Very aggressive sales tactics. We signed up for a trial. At first it looked like a good fit. As soon as we downloaded the 'trial' a sales person called, emailed, sent requests to myself and my entire team on linkedin followed by more emails. We would have loved to give this a try but the sales tactics entirely turned us off.

Watch out that you are not conned by this company. Make sure that you ask all your questions and in all possible scenarios to make sure the plan have your features. I agreed up front for an extended trial to try out the system before buying. Now after the extension my data is locked and I'm only allowed to see and get my data if I buy even though we had an agreement beforehand. meaning as my customers data are in there I have no choice then to pay for 3 months even though my test is done in 1 day. The methods used by this company is not clean and I feel conned, I regret not going for typeform.

Appalling customer experience . I left messages on their chat function and no answers after 24 hours. Dubious business practice's I want to upgrade their business suite form the top individual plan but it will not take into account what I have paid for their individual plan. Dodgy as all hell and breaking some Australian consumer laws.

I have been trying to reach out to them for several days without a response. Very poor consumer service!!!!!
