SurveySparrowReviews of surveysparrow.com

I use Survey Sparrow for capturing leads through leads and survey forms. I really liked the interface of this application. The ease of use and logic flow provided is super. The way the next screen comes when the last question is filled is amazing and fast. Partial submissions of entries is also shown which was the feature I missed in most of the forms I used before. Embedding options and many, integration options are wide and faster notifications are provided. I also liked the pricing structured based on different criterias which is helpful for small and medium companies or organizations. I just wanted that they would have added monthly pricing option also besides quartely and annual ones.

SurveySparrow is great! I signed up to create a multi-session trivia quiz for a series of business meetings. It was very easy to use, and the realtime display of answer submissions spurned on the competition and communication in the team.

Amazing experience

We took a chance on SurveySparrow because our budgets were rather tight. And, I am glad we took this chance and discovered something excellent. The platform is easy to use. A whole range of questions types. Everything we wanted was there. The results processing is instant. Is everything perfect? No. There are a couple areas of improvement. 1. Support needs to speed up. While the team is knowledgeable, the speed of responses is slow. 2. Setting customized themes for survey was a challenge since we do not know CSS. The platform needs to make this more simpler especially for people like us who do not know CSS. It needs to be simple like LinkedIn or Facebook or Twitter - which asks us to upload images in a certain size and we are done. Other than the above two, it is 5 stars for SurveySparrow all the way.

This was used for the internal & external surveys to gather informations. The tool is comprehensive & help to collect data in the customised ways possible.
