The software is easy to use, as well as reasonably priced. Customer support is excellent and helped resolve my client's issues quickly. Survey sparrow offers a free trial, so we try it before purchasing a plan. Additionally, we received a personal free account. There are many types of surveys that we can conduct here, such as video surveys and white-label surveys. We can also collect payments through the use of Survey Sparrow surveys.

Never paid for the service as we didn't end up needing the product for our project but their customer service team is excellent. Good trial experience. Very responsive and they consistently offered great support. Seems like a great piece of software from what I did use.

Trustpilot makes provision for accessing accurate reviews and thus, enables one to be guided in making the right choices. So far, there has been no reason to regret choices made using the site’s guidance, and I am impressed. The catch here is that there is no way to reply to a reply, thereby making it one sided. It would make it easier if adjustment can be made in that regards.
