I’ve used other survey software in the past and SurveySparrow has been the most intuitive, user-friendly one that I’ve come across. It’s also much prettier and smoother on the front end side to users and customers. We’ve run into some issues where importing our contacts list did not populate all emails so we’ve had to manually send survey invites to several people who should’ve been on the group contact list. We’ve also had a small handful of people run into issues where their browser tries to block SurveySparrow as “malware” but I believe this is due to the cookies used to monitor the survey. Overall, it’s a great product but the customer support side could use some slight improvement in issue solving and communication.

The surveys are easily customizable and the data is also easy to collect. There are also a lot of different templates to choose from. All in all it works well. However, I couldn’t bring myself to pay for it as the free trial fulfilled my needs, and there are free alternatives available.

Great tool! I've tried different survey tools (free and paid) and Survey Sparrow (on its free version) has more than enough features to create easy-to-complete forms. The template base is quite good also.

The experience was good. Lot of features. The site can include a way to codify form generation. writing some code can make things easier for a tech guy

Survey Sparrow delivered on what it promised and was easy to work with. The interface is well designed and fairly intuitive. I particularly liked the customization options, multi-lingual ability, and easy integration with other software.

Survey sparrow was fairly easy to use. It became complicated when trying to send out the surveys for my wedding and needing to know who has received it and who has not. But once I chatted with the support team they were very helpful in guiding me. They also informed me that maybe what I was hoping for was not part of the free version. They worked with me though and helped to the best of their ability. I also took quiet some time creating the survey but I feel it was normal due to the end result I was trying to achieve. If ever needed again I would recommend survey sparrow

I spent a lot of time looking at the various solutions for surveys and this one is by far the best I could find. I love its fresh look and great reporting features. It is serving my business well.
