My experience with Surveysparrow has been great, I really like how intuitive the website is, it does not have a huge learning curve. One thing I really enjoyed is the logic, I tried other websites and most websites don't have logic for multiple checkboxes or matrix questions. I was very pleased with that option because that was everything I needed. I also liked the integration. I integrated it with a previously existing spreadsheet on Google Sheets and the sync was seamless. The only problem I had was that some respondents had claimed to have filled out the form but I had no record of their responses.

The customer service team deserves 5 stars. They respond promptly when there's an issue. They are very attentive and helpful. I gave Survey Sparrow 4 stars because of the lack of features they have compared to similar products.

I have only demoed this software and survey sparrow came into the last two choices. I liked the email triggers and logic as well as the fact I could connect it with Zendesk and power BI for our ticketing system.

Nice experience and no troubles at all

Really nice site that helped me do an important survey that was key in helping to do my final marketing project. Decent controls and I got good results.

I had a look at which features do you offer and I had a nice overview. It looks like a tool I'd like to use in the future.

Easy to set-up & Good looking surveys. I really loved the ease of adding logic for skipping questions. Biggest downside: I couldn't figure out how to add multiple questions to one page, which made the form feel like it was a huge thing.

We we’re researching for a survey platform. SurveySparrow was one of the best ones around. Unfortunately we went for another one, closer to our needs but the experience with Survey Sparrow was nice and the support was quick and effective. After some months anyway we’re thinking to evaluate again Survey Sparrow when the subscription on the other platform will expire as that platform didn’t improved in months.
