The best after purchase support I've ever experienced for Surf Boards

I am 69 yrs. old and have been surfing for many years. Needed a board that would allow an aging surfer to stay in the water. This fit the bill, and I had a great summer here in So. Ca.;and looking forward to many more.

I purchased two boards and have been extremely satisfied with them. They were my first two boards I have ever purchased and the website is extremely easy to navigate and understand.

I absolutely love this board. Bought two, a 7'6", and a 7'4". The chart says 50L and 46L respectively, but they are 46L and 42L (if one believes the info on the boards themselves). Given how well the Slip-in surfs I don't expect my other boards to get much work in the near future. I have always liked single fin boards because they suit my style. I am 63 years old, surf short and long, and now I can do both on one board!

I've never had a surf company email me back as fast as GSI did. Answered all my questions and fast shipping.

this is my second surfboard purchase online in Auckland NZ - easy to order system and what impressed me most was the packaging of the board (including previous order) - in the box with bubble wrap and with the Meyehofer the board sock was a bonus. If you want any improvement tips (not being critical) your website is very slow to use from NZ but maybe it is our end all good I will buy again - if you need feedback on the NZ market let me know - i.e. torpedo7 are being very aggressive with online marketing and sales (owned by Warehouse group) but more accessories not boards cheers Tim
