I'm a beginner with Surecart and I appreciate all the possibilities to customize the e-shop, which you do not have normally without coding. The customer care team is amazing: very quick replies, always easy to understand, super explanations, very helpfull and technically very good. I recommend.

Their support is terrific. I had a question about the behavior of products in the cart from different shipping profiles. Their support person, Ivan, did an amazing job of understanding the issue/question and providing several solutions forward.

Great product with excellent customer service. They have answers to every question regarding the product on their website and inside the plugin you install in WordPress, and they even send you emails one by one to get started and get max out of the plugin. And yet, when you email them. you get a swift reply with more than what you asked for; they understand your problem very well.

The product is great: the Support Team is AWESOME!! They are real people who respond promptly and always provide a true solution. I use many different platforms & SureCart definitely has the best support team in the industry!

I was ready to uninstall, but Ivan wrote a custom code for me and helped me with all my issues, patiently guiding me through the process. Cannot recommend them more. Thank you again Ivan.

I did find the learning curve difficult because I am selling products unlike most of the training videos show. Because I have it linked with Elementor I found myself a little lost and certainly did things I should not have. I even deleted my entire list of products on accident and I was unable to recover the more than 190 products I created. However, an email to their customer support resulted in a quick reply where they recovered my deleted data and most importantly provided step by step instructions on getting it up an running again. Thanks Surecart!!

Working with SureCart for 2 years now. It's a great product! Because of all the offered functionality, integration with SureMembers, Ottokit, etc. And very important; the great support team. We use many plugins. The SureCart support team is the best of all. Fast and with great knowledge. A big plus when a plugin is used in a website that is important.
