SureCartReviews of surecart.com

I just love how SureCart has everything in one place while still being so easy to use. I'm not a techie and still I was able to set my store up in minutes without an help. Deleted half of my old plugins for abandoned cart recovery, order bumps, upsells and invoice generation. Navigating is so much lighter. Infact the site feels more lighter now.

The customer support deserves a 5 star rating.

Surecart is a great option for a shopping cart within wordpress. It is not perfect by any means. I have encountered quite a few issues that were my fault, and not able to find online assistance, or where the software has room to grow. On the absolute positive side, their support is incredible. I have pestered the heck out of them with many issues on a recent project. They have come back every time with a solution or a comment that they will add the issue to their development process. For this reason I give them a high 5!

I have this habit of wandering into things with all the lights off. I wanted to sell my books direct, which meant I needed a place to do that. It didn't matter that I'd never built a store of any kind. But I will do my homework once I've committed to the madness, and SureCart seemed to check all the boxes for someone who didn't have a clue. I wasn't wrong. It's insanely flexible, giving me room to be as mad as I need to be. And the tech support... Oh, they are the best ever. EVER. I have website experience, but creating a store, out of the box, and not going bald in the process... I couldn't have done it without the TRULY FAST, effective, and generous support of the devs and techs at SureCart. They are amazing. Their product is incredible. I can never, ever, say thanks enough for all they've done to help me build my dream. GO BUY IT! :-)

Great product, better than woocommerce! Adam and the team are very responsive to any support requests. I have had a couple of niggly issues but the way they were dealt with gives me confidence in Adams team. Great job guys and girls!

J'adore cette application , facile à utiliser et surtout un service technique à l'écoute et réactif !

The support I received from SureCart was incredibly fast and professional. After I granted access, the support agent personally stepped in and implemented the necessary changes, which allowed my company to resume operations. I’m truly impressed by their level of care. Highly recommended!

Outstanding support from Nodari on a complex import use case. Thank you so much!
