Terrible customer service. Was on hold over 90 minutes and finally gave up. Not only did they change my billing date but also terminated my policy!

I canceled this policy over a year ago. Still charging my account!! This is a scam, I can't even get a hold of anyone. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau and my banking institution to file claims against this company. Nice reply, I'm suppose to get a hold of you how? I have never had any information about this company ,I don't have an insurance card or account number. Calling your contact number is useless & there isn't any online resources. I've been trying!! Now I just sent email!!

Can not even update your billing info nor get your ID cards. SureBridge made a big mistake switching to this system.

The management geniuses at Surebridge, (Chesapeake Life Insurance), decided to change their website during open enrollment. Fail! After I registered and logged in I could not view my policies or benefits because the website was still in the process of being built. This was on November 12th. 2nd Fail! I tried calling the company and waited more than 30 minutes before I gave up. Again, November 12th. 3rd Fail! I tried emailing the company but there was no link provided to email! November 16th. 4th Fail! I cancelled my policy and decided to go with another company that has excellent customer service, unlike this company which has lousy customer service! November 16th. Success!

My husband was charged for something he did not authorize and I have been calling and have been waiting to speak with someone for an hour and nothing to cancel.

When you sign into your account, they have a claim that your time is important and they will resolve the issue quickly. There is nowhere on the website that addresses my issue. As a result I have now been on hold for 36 minutes and counting. UNACCEPTABLE customer service. I'm beginning to wonder what kind of support I will get when I am in need of help for a claim. Going to reconsider this policy coverage with this company. NOT impressed!!

It's totally impossible to get through the Customer Service line to a real person. Today I was on hold for 3 hours and 34 minutes and was never able to get anyone to answer! I have issues with their latest requirement to create a new account, and pull in my 2 policies, since their website is not able to recognize the policy#s on the letter they sent. I was able to add 1 policy using my original #, but then was unable to add my Critical Care policy because it forced me to create a NEW USER NAME. This whole problem has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and it definitely feels as though they're trying to force me out as a customer by making it so frustrating that I'll give up and just cancel my policies. RIDICULOUS BUSINESS MODEL. If I could rate it below 0, I would.
