placed order on 03/28/2025. have not received my order. there is no way to directly contact this company. No phone number. No way to text or email customer service. this feels like a real scam. I don't know how they received such a high rating on Trust Pilot. I am going to dispute with credit card company. today is 05/02/2025

I love this Pure Cane brand. The taste is very close to real sugar and it dissolves like real sugar. I primarily need the sugar for my coffee but I’ve used it for smoothies as well. It’s turned out to be a hard brand to find these days so I am thrilled that you are carrying it. It beats all the other sugar alternatives. A+++
