I am grateful to TT, the gentleman who responded to my email. He was very thorough with explaining what happened to my order and he provided additional information that immediately answered questions that came up in my mind. I very much appreciate it. His reply is the only reason I gave a 4 star. Other than that, I would rate the company 2 stars for failing to notify me that my order couldn't be fulfilled due to inventory outage. I'm a bit disappointed that Supply Center USA lacked communication for product availability on their website, whether 'in stock' and 'out of stock'. Nevertheless, I am grateful that this company did not result to be scammers. I was worried the website was fraud. Hopefully I'll have better experience next time.
