The jung lady, I forgot her name, was very apologetic and friendly. She promised that I would get my refund within 2-6 days, but I already have the refund in my account. That is great. I placed on order on March 20 for a supplement from this website. The receipt said it would take between 14-28 business days, Monday-Friday, to arrive. That would be April 28 at the latest. On May 5, I emailed to inquire into an expected ship date. Their website claims someone will contact you within 24 hours. It is May 16 and still no response.
