Trustworthy and Highly Recommend
Amazing! Sometimes these sites with incredibly low pricies may not be legitimate. However, after seeing other reviews on Trustpilot for Supply Center I decided to place an order. When I received confirmation of my order, the notification did indicate that the expected arrival time could be up to 4 weeks, so I knew ahead of time to expect that. However, when that 4 weeks was almost here and I was hoping for my product, I decided to forward my order notification to an email address I found on their site for customer service. I sent that last night wondering if I might have to call them instead. It is hard to experience prompt replies when using this method with other companies. Much to my pleasant surprise, this morning I received a personal and detailed reply to my inquiry. It was obviously a real person (JJ) and he obviously looked into my order. The lateness this particular product being shipped seemed to be a manufacturer issue, for which I was not surprised as I saw that with other vendors as well. He went ahead and issued a refund on my behalf, for which I also received email notification this morning. He also laid out detailed recommendations for how to re-order this product when and if it does become available in the future. I was totally blown away by the promptness of this reply as well as the personal touch expressing appreciation for my concern etc etc. This experience not only helps me trust "Trustpilot" as a gauge for future purchases from otherwise unknown vendors, but it also definitely helps me trust Supply Center USA for any future purchases. They have truly become a safe "go-to" vendor that I will use in the future.
