Jj cxld my order bc unbeknown to ne, my product is not available. So three stars for him catching that. But this info shud hav been made avail to consumer at time of ordering bfore my card was charged. Also i wrote in immediately after getting email order conf this morning asking what form the roll on is in- liquid or crystal. He did Not address this…nor tell me he wud find out. One RIGHT- prompt refund for no inventory but Two WRONGS- didnt acknowledge my email or look into answering my question, and website didnt confirm availability bfore using my credit card. Need to update ur technology. Confirm inventory and POST ON PRODUCT to alleviate all this delay and misuse of consumer money. Thanks

i must commend jj on his quick response. he did a super good job. what i can't understand is that i ordered this back on may 4 and after month of waiting, i had to initiate a response. makes me think if i hadn't responded, nothing would've ever happened.
