Quick reply. JJ was pleasant and explanation was very clear regarding the reasons for the product delay. My order was cancelled and is my card will be refunded. I was grateful for JJ’s very prompt response.

I really was not expecting a response to my order that I had placed over a month ago and had not received. However, I did get an immediate response so letting me know that my order had been canceled and refunded due to manufacturing problems. No I just need to see if my refund makes it to me because I no longer have the debit card or bank account that I had when I placed to the order.
