Found this site doing a search for a product. They had the item available for purchase and the price was the normal price. In addition, I got the free shipping. I'm excited and can't wait to receive my package.

Quick response and thorough explanation of situation and refunded for order. Also was given links to resources for additional information I might find helpful.

Response to my email was very quick and it let me know I would not be recveiving my product.. I will keep a check on my checking account for my refund. Hopefully that will be as quick as the response to my email. Thanks

SCAM! Do not order from this website! Your order will be "out of stock" but since shipping says it takes a month they hold on to your money until you contact them asking where your product is. TT acts suprised and says it's a supplier issue. Bogus! I got an email that I will get a refund in 10 days. No emails until I searched and searched for a good email to contact them. I ordered Dec 9th and followed up Jan 9th.

I'm very pleased with the service we got. we had actually placed an order on November 20th and it never got canceled and we never got a refund, but we never received the product and I hadn't checked my bank account cause I've been sick and found it, but I emailed them today and. They refunded it immediately 15 minutes. They had replied so we are very happy with them period sometimes stuff goes on. Backorder, and they have to cancel it.This one just got missed for some reason. But they took care of it right away period we're very happy with this company.

After writing a scathing email about my credit card being charged the day I placed my order and never receiving my order, JJ made everything right. He explained the situation with the product I ordered and promptly refunded my money. JJ is the best thing about the company USA Supply Center.

JJ was prompt, professional, and efficient in responding to my concern about my order. He gave me an accurate reason for the order not being sent. He then processed my refund promptly. JJ was excellent in his customer service.
