I made an order January 12, 2025. Order included details that items would be shipped and received within 28 days. By February 15th it still had not shipped so I sent an email to the company since that was the only way to contact them. By February 21st, no reply had yet been made and there were no updates to my order. As far as I'm concerned, this might as well be a fraudulent company.

The supplement that I ordered was unfortunately experiencing an out-of-stock condition, with a significantly longer than normal lead time from the supplier. When I inquired about order status, Supply Center immediately updated me on the likely time to fulfil the order. As this delay would not work for me, they immediately cancelled my order and refunded the purchase price. An unfortunate situation that was none the less handled very well and very promptly by Supply Center. I will be back in the future.
