I want to start with a complaint. The item I ordered ended up being out of stock and also had problems at the warehouse. I was told to wait up to 28 Business days for the shipment. Once that time passed I had to search for the phone number and left a message requesting status or refund. I would have expected Supply Center to reach out to me once they realized the product was no longer available. Instead I was charged $83.22 which was placed on my charge card for over 35 days (and counting). I suspect if I had not initiated the contact requesting an explanation/refund it would have never been returned. However the EXCELLENT rating comes as a result of the very quick email response once I made contact. Their response included an explanation and assurance of refund. Told it could take 2 to 6 days to appear as a refund on my charge card.

My first go to was Amazon. Even though I prefer to buy American made first. They did not have the product I wanted. So I looked to see where I could get it. Thank you for supplying this product.

Was able to find what I needed and the order process was easy and the price was great.

I unfortunately ordered two different protein bar products and I emailed Supply Center USA to inquire of their shipping status. I surprisedly I quickly received a response from JJ within 5 minutes of sending my email letting me know that they were out of stock and he was issuing a full refund. I received the refund in 4 days which was in the time period that JJ stated that it would be processed. I am extremely impressed with this turnaround and JJ’s responsiveness and his prompt attention to taking care of my issue. If every company had employees like JJ and took care of their customers like he did, purchasing online would be less stressful and make customers feel comfortable in making more online purchases. Thank you JJ !!

My experience was rated great because the answer was quick and reasonable. I understood the issue with the back log as I have had this same issue with other venders. My only complaint is that no one noticed this before I had to contact the company.
