I wish the company had just notified me that it was unavailable
I was really hoping that you would ship it to me. I’m having difficulty finding it anywhere. But if you’re having issues getting it, then what can I do. Thanks for getting back to me. I wish the company had been more transparent in the first place to let me know it was not available.

Cust.serv. CXD my order after I asked about shipping times!!
I ordered cereal, which I’m now wondering if it’s even real PaleoThin Flakes because Julian’s Bakery doesn’t even make them anymore - so is it really organic, is it the right ingredients? (I am on a strict diet, like Paleo - the SCD). I sent an email when I saw it said 14-28 business days & asked why am I paying $10 for shipping that takes up to a month - can I get a refund for shipping or at least an expedited (faster) shipping? They CANCELED my order so now my problem is compounded because I have to wait even longer for that to get here. I have NO other snacks, cereals (no grains) but this one was perfect for me! Guess I’ve got to see if someone else has this product. What terrible customer service!!

I waited the requested time before following up on my order. I sent an email requesting a status on the delivery or a refund. I received both. The response was quick with a thorough explanation on why I had not received my order because of it not being in stock. I also was told I would receive a refund. Very good customer service and professional response.
