I see a lot of negative reviews, but not my experience. I emailed that my order did not arrive, after checking TT found because of a supply chain issue, my 3 pairs of shoes were not available at the present time, he then asked if I wanted to wait or get a refund and that would take up to 3 business days? I chose a refund; TT then promptly issued a refund and within 48 hours it posted back to my credit card. They are a legitimate company, being the prices are so low, it makes sense that their vendors can run out of a product. TT-thank you for the excellent support... Jasoninflorida-USA

I ordered something on June 9,2025 and still have not received it. When I sent a follow up email with my order number it kicked back as not being deliverable. I'm pretty sure I got scammed!! Be cautious with this company.

Joining the chorus here. Ordered mid-June a box of cleaning products. Besides confirmation of charge, no other communications from business. No way to contact. Website down.

They took my money and ran! No contact info, no website, etc. (always unavailable when clicking on link). Tons of people had same experience! Contact you CC company to get money back! LOL

I placed an order on June 5th for Jason Natural, Sea Fresh, Fluoride FREE toothpaste. It's been over 4 weeks and I still haven't received it. The contact links you sent in an email after purchase NO LONGER WORKS. By the look of it you don't actually send the product purchased. You just STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY! BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE BOGUS!

when I went to check on my shipment at the arrival time all links in my order were no longer available to check for the shipment, the phone number to call or contact them did not work. I am now in dispute as it has not arrived and no way to contact them, horrible customer service

Trustpilot ratings were 4.5, so I placed an order of just over $40 at supplycenterusa.com on June 29. A tracking number was promised. After 9 days, there's no product, no tracking number, no way to contact the company. I'm also concerned because I click on the links in my order confirmation email or try to access the website and get a message saying, "This store is unavailable." Other sites are now saying this is a scam company, including BBB. How did the Trustpilot ratings end up so different?
